I had the most wonderful customer service experience with Kristen Guild when I came in to open my business bank account a few days ago. Besides being great at her job, she's friendly, funny, relatable, and sharp - all after 4pm on a Tuesday. 10/10 for a first encounter, instant fan of Mountain West!

Had to make a visit. A lady named Alex was the most disrespectful banker I've encountered! Wow! This branch is horrible!!! I'll never come back here again. I can't believe people like that are employed in a customer service industry. I can't believe lol she was condescending, belittling, and ruined an hour of my day. I have an account, been with them for years, and never had an experience like that. Most at this branch are great, but this Alex teller was the worst.

this bank and their customer service is absolutely terrible. i was a victim of fraud, and i was immediately shut out of all my accounts. i had no way of accessing my online banking and i could not see my account balance or anything. i called numerous times throughout the day, talked to over 5 different people. one person told me it was fine and i would get access to everything, and a different lady told me i wouldn’t have access to anything for a minimum of a year if i maintained “good behavior”. i was put on hold for over 20 minutes every time i called, i was also hung up on. their customer service is TERRIBLE. the last lady i talked to was horribly rude, talking down to me, correcting me on everything i said, basically shaming me. absolutely awful. i am closing all my accounts with them immediately, and never EVER using them for my finances again.

Started working with the team here nearly two years ago when my company moved me over to Coeur d'Alene. It has been a pleasure working with your tellers. The level of rapport we have built, it feels like I am speaking with the people on my own team when I come in for deposits and exchanges. Thank you.

I was very interested in switching from my current job to one at MWB. I thought before I finished filling out the application, I should stop by and get a feel for the atmosphere there. I'm so glad I did!A male (loan officer?) was airing his dislike of anyone from certain states and verbally picking on a young female associate for being new to the branch. He just kept going on and on. It made it so toxic that not only would I never consider working there now, but I definitely don't want to bank there either!The female teller who helped me was very sweet and helpful. I felt sad she had to work in that kind of environment.I grew up in Texas where men were taught to be gentlemen. Guess certain businesses in Idaho don't always hire with that in mind!

What are the amazing customer service program you have. Visa locked my card after a few attempts to use it. One phone call to your office and I believe the young man's name is John. He Provided me with An immediate fix after just a couple of questions. Thank you very much.

My wife got fired from here from a very simple, honest mistake. She's an honest mother of 2 children, and we're working on 3rd. My business does very well in the community, and she would NEVER steal from anyone. She simply put a check in the wrong file. No warnings or anything. Straight up fired. Me and my family members will not do business with them any longer, unless they make it right.

I've banked at the Kathleen Branch for over twenty years with both business and personal accounts and I really appreciate the team. They're always nice, give the dog a biscuit - all good stuff! But, operationally I've ran into frustrations on the business banking side. As my business changes I had questions about merchant banking, I called with some questions and was quickly advised to call a their payment processing partner. I called the company in Denver and was sent to voicemail, didn't receive a call back for two days and when I did they thought I was calling about an account at Blue Mountain Bank :) In short, I love them for my personal account, but I need a better partner for my business!
