My husband & I have been living at Ironwood Apts for 4 years and we love it! The manager Debra is fantastic, accommodating, and quick to handle everything in her power to do. The pricing is great for the area and any maintenance needs have always been handled promptly & well. We absolutely LOVE living here and are constantly recommending to anyone and everyone!

This is the best apartment I have ever rented from. The staff is hands do the most attentive and helpful Deb is THE BEST. Maintenance is fast and thorough. I have never had to wait more than a few hr's to have anything fixed unless they need to order a part. The office staff is polite, happy, friendly and always willing to help with whatever we need. The property is BEAUTIFUL and well kept. There is ample parking and the community here is warm and inviting! DEFINITELY a great place to live!

I really enjoyed living here . The staff was sweet and quick to help fix maintenance problems. I had a great connection with Deb in the office. She was professional yet friendly. She made coming to the office with little issues easy because I knew she’d always look out for the best of the community

DO NOT LIVE HERE!! You will be mistreated and billed for things you did not do!IT IS ILLEGAL TO BILL A TENANT FOR DAMAGES THEY DID NOT CAUSE.Lived here for six years, two in apt 11 and 4+ in apt 51.Been through 5 Apartment managers and about the same amount of maintenance guys. When me and my wife moved out we were billed a rediculous $2600 dollars for damage repairs.$1600 of which they are claiming dog damage on carpet.$344 for linoleum ( that had mold growing underneath when we moved in )$244 for two cardboard doors ($50 each anywhere)Plus cleaning and touchups. And overcharged for wall touch ups and cabinet paint that already needed done when we got there. We own one dog that is my wifes ESA and she is kenneled when we are not home. She pays no attention to the carpet. She definitely isnt smart enough to only dig at seams. The carpet is only tearing at the tack strips and heat tape. When we first moved into 51 and complained to cameron about it she had apologized for hiring a bad company to install our carpet and admitted they over stretched our carpet and that is why it was pulling up at the tack strips and seams within months of us living in the new unit. We discussed it was fine to leave as long as we were not held responsible. Since then Summerfield Management LLC now manages and is trying to make us pay for it along with other things that were not our fault and overcharge us for the few that were.We have records from great floors that Carol ordered and had the carpet restretched in 2018 even though it was already overstretched. This caroet was stretched another time previous also ordered by Carol though i never got the name of the company. This is stretched two times, when that was the problem in the first place. We put down rugs to protect our toes from tack strips and our socks got ripped up.Also they are trying to over charge us for doors, linoleum, and small wall touch up. As well as for repainting cabinets with paint chipping that was there also when we moved in.We moved in withBad painted cabinetsWobbley slider doorMold in our AC unit ( cleaned )Mold behind and around shower stall and under tub and linoleum ( cleaned to best of ability ) WE BOUGHT A $300 DEHUMIDIFIER TO DEAL WITH LACK OF VENTILATION AND LIL TO NO UPKEEP OF MOLD BEFORE WE MOVED IN * I assume they just painted over it, or wiped it *Cheap and badly installed carpetSketchy ceiling fan( we fixed)No blinds on slider doorBathroom vanity doors without hinges( we fixed)Dirty pantry shelvesAlmost broken garbage disposal( still is, and moldy)Old dishwasher and old stove ( replaced now)Old water heater ( replaced now)WE EXPECTED TO HAVE TO PAY FOR OUR DAMAGENOT JUST THE FACT THAT ITS AN OLD BUILDING WITH MANY TENANTS BEFORE US.IT CAME WITH MOLD, DIRTY CABINETS, MISSING PARTS AND BADLY INSTALLED CARPET.

We have lived at Ironwood for two years. We have gone through many changes in management. If it wasn't for the new management that took over a year ago we would have moved out by now. When we first moved in the management was awful. We didn't even have copies of our lease nor was it changed to be under our names. We were unaware of this until Carol the new manager got a hold of us. She was able to sort everything out in a very timely manner. We also had a complaint from our downstairs neighbor about our dogs being loud when they play. We are unaware that it was causing an issue. Carol contacted us and was very understanding. She gave us a notice that a complaint was filed but she understood that you cant fix something you weren't aware of. We really appreciated that. We were also considering breaking our lease early when a house became available. We contacted Carol several times to speak with her about this. She was able to answer all of our questions multiple times. This was very helpful and reassuring. My negative experience has been that we are living in a very outdated unit. The carpets haven't been changed in 8 or so years and both the tenants before us had dogs. Luckily we have spoke to management about this and they are very understanding and wont be charging us to replace the carpets as they are long overdue to be changed. There is also some holes in the bathroom that weren't fixed even when the former repair man fixed our grout. We spoke to him about it and he said it was common with older units and it would be fixed when we moved out. This along with some other small things that wouldn't get replaced until when we moved out. Which kinda sucked because it meant we would have to deal with it until we moved out. All this being said we have really enjoyed our experience here and would recommend ironwood.

I am a current tenant, I will continue to update this review as my experiences change. So far I am having very mixed first impressions.Update #1 3/11/18: So I've decided to add some detail. I do like the location of this complex. Right behind Peak Fitness with a free membership really shows that the higher up in management make an effort to give their tenants a good experience. The community is nice and pretty quiet most of the time. The cleanliness upon move-in could be better but the real issue is the manager Carol P. Within the first week of moving in I experienced a very disturbing encounter with her that left me feeling truly unwelcome. She was screaming, shaking with anger, and pacing. She insinuated that everything was fine until we moved in. Why? Because a vehicle was parked in one of the two office spots-a vehicle mind you that was not belonging to me, yet she still chose to let all her anger out on my husband and I in the most unprofessional manner. I find it kind of ironic that she was so angry over this, claiming that new possible tenants need a place to park and yet her car and the car of the maintenance person take up the two spots that are supposedly for potential tenants. I've waited so many months to update because I am actually afraid of this person but I feel it is important for others to know while she is still employed as the manager at this complex. I have seen these angry outbursts happen to others as well and it is heartbreaking.

Carol is amazing to work with and made our leasing process go smoothly! Been here 1 month so far and have no major complaints. The only thing I would make mention of is the lack of insulation; heat does escape quickly and you can hear what goes on in the unit below. Living on the top floor, one does have to be especially noise conscious.

Horrible new management. We had a problem with our neighbors below us banging on the ceiling for no reason and when we called management to complain about it they wouldn't let us get a word out and kept on speaking over us and saying we were "clearly at fault" here, they raised pur rent twice within the year and they prohibited riding bikes and BBQ's and anything remotely fun in general. When we left management charged us a ton for damages that were here before we moved in (and she knew it) in short: horrible and management, I DO NOT advise you rent a place here, trust me, we've seen more people move out in 2 months (including us)than we have the 5 years we lived there
