Into the Woods is an amazing, cute, lovely store! You will not be disappointed enjoying all the wonderful items they have to purchase. If you are looking for a one of a kind gift, this is the place to shop. Becky and Nish welcome you into the store with such kindness. They are so helpful and have a story about each item which is fun to hear. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Into The Woods! Once you enter, it's hard to leave because there is so much to look at.

I don't know why there's so many negative reviews. This store is full of warmth and charm; intriguing items for oneself or gifts for your loved ones! Sometimes people just need to put a smile on someone else's face or give them a warm word of encouragement or even a hug!! God bless everyone as we give love, grace and mercy to one another!! ?? The owner has been a blessing to me when I have shopped here! One of my favorite Downtown CDA stores!

The way the shop window is decorated is very inviting and I was finally able to visit and very graciously greeted by Sandi, she was very polite and helpful. I was overly excited with this store and all they had to offer, I went away with some treasures.

I love this store. It’s one of my favorite places in CDA, there is a younger girl who works the front occasionally and she is super helpful and always helps my mom when she wants stuff from the back. They have beautiful things here and I just love stopping in.

I love the inventory they carry, most is pricey but it appears to be well made items and worth it if based on inventory alone but it's not. Unfortunately, out of the 10 or more times I've been in the customer service is deplorable. Not once have my family (visiting tourists), my friends nor myself been acknowledged in anyway either upon entering, browsing or leaving. Total silence. One time I was standing 5' away when a wine seller/or distributor and an employer/owner (older woman with gray hair) were discussing wine placement on a shelf, they were discussing which sells best where etc., When the wine representative or employee suggested based on price vs.taste vs sales a specific shelf for better overall sale's, the employee/owner stated "I don't have sophisticated customers, they won't notice the difference anyway." Hello? I'm a customer sophisticated or not I'd appreciate not being called uncouth while in the shop to spend my money. This was the last time I entered this establishment, which is a shame I had my eyes on 3 wall sconces I was going to purchase. Between the lack of acknowledgement by employees/owner, the total silence (no music or anything) in the background and the uncomfortable feeling of shopping in total silence added to the fact customers are considered unsophisticated I'd personally shop elsewhere. Afterall, I'm sure they don't need unsophisticated money!

Stopped in to browse and shop for gifts today. Unfortunately the employee who was at the counter today doesn't have any tact or respect for their customers.My sons wife picked up a candle to look at, then the store employee told her "that's fifty dollars do you mind putting it down".I am not one to place a negative review, and actually this might be my first but it is very warranted here.This woman said it out loud, in front of shoppers and my grandchildren. This employees actions were disgusting and uncalled for. I hope the owner is reading this review. I will never step foot in this store again!

Cute store. Lots of ornamental decorative type wood pieces. If you're looking for high end decorative piece, this is a potential good fit.
