“Let me start off my review by outlining why I came to Intermax- Spectrum has completely and utterly destroyed my will to live. I cannot comprehend how poorly run Spectrum is. Literally, everything they touch is worse off as a result. Intermax was my savior in a world where I thought I was trapped and stuck with Spectrum. I still cannot fully comprehend what it is like to not have to deal with constant phone and internet issues, managed in the background by a bunch of people who seem as though they are also being held hostage by Spectrum. However, that is exactly how my first 6 issues have gone with Intermax. Shockingly, everything just works. This is the first time in my time running this business where I do not have to constantly battle our phone/internet provider. Intermax actually helps by not causing problems, so we can take care of our customers and run our business. Thank you so much for saving us from eternal Spectrum hell.”
