Locally owned business that actually cares about their customers and their vehicles. They got original parts and even replaced our aftermarket bumper that we loved so much. We cannot thank Impact Autobody enough and will definitely be back for any future auto body work that needs to be done! Highly recommend them!

The paint job looks fantastic. It took a couple tries but the final product looks great. It did take about a month to get my car and communication was a huge issue in the beginning.Overall, I would have appreciated better communication so we all knew what needed to be done. However, the work that was done looks great.

We had our truck fixed a year ago, and these guys were great to work with. A week ago when I washed it and a bit of paint flaked off. We took it down there and they instantly assured us that they will take care of us. Next day they called and asked to drop the truck off, a few days later it is done and beautiful once again. Stuff happens, but it is how they treated us when it did happen, that really impressed us. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone.Services: Painting

My minivan had a sagging bumper, several of the fasteners were missing. They quickly addressed my concerns. In just a few minutes the guys had it fixed. I went there to have my wrecked truck evaluated. The owner **** helped me work through questions that I had regarding insurance and gave me several pointers that I used to work through a process that I was not familiar with. In the end I had the truck totaled, but because he went above and beyond to help me understand it all, I was able to get through a very stressful time. Thank you **** and thank you Impact auto body.
