Since 2021 we had been working with another real estate agent. After being outbid multiple times and not finding anything interesting, we gave up on the market, renewed our lease and rented another year. This year our lease was up and multiple friends encouraged us to try Hope Realty. Paul and Andy are amazing. Paul was very proactive and called a couple times a week to discuss options- many were "out of the box." Amazingly, they found us the perfect place for us- a fixer but finally in our price range. They knew all the right people to call for inspections, repair, etc. The closing was smooth and pain free,

Carsten and Curtis Jasper helped us throughout a very challenging sale of a rental home we have. They managed rental of the house for more than 10 years until we decided to sell it. We got an over list price offer the first day of the listing but it fell because there were small encroachments on the 1919 property I was not aware of. That buyer canceled but they found the resources we needed to get everything sorted out, get more offers and find a new buyer. The sale closed today 10/19/22. I can’t thank them enough as they helped find contractors to do work that was needed, a surveyor, and an attorney to guide us through the options to deal with the encroachments. If you are buying or selling a home you really need to find EXPERIENCED local realtors.

From what I experienced I would not trust this company. Mark Worth one of the agents was showing my home to some clients around April 3, 2021. His clients of course had many questions, they were super excited and seemed like they wanted to purchase my home. in fact they stated it was the nicest and best one they had seen. For some reason Mark decided to tell them that my home was on a concrete slab, this is while he was looking at the MLS listing sheet that stated it has a crawlspace. He then used scare tactics and told the clients that if they ever had a problem with the house they would have to jackhammer the concrete floor up to fix anything like a leaking pipe. He also told them it was a lot less expensive to build a home this way and that's why they did it. I should mention my home is a fully custom built home by highly rated custom builder with a very large and accessible crawlspace. In fact the crawlspace is easy to find, there is a 4 foot by 4 foot access door in the garage. He also told them it would be very cold and the only time a concrete slab was ok is if it was built with radiant heat. You think with eight crawlspace vents around the house it would have been a given it had a crawlspace. Oh the customer asked about them and Mark made something else up to cover himself. Let's move on to the next one. The customer still had many questions but he told them they only had 30 minutes and that they had to leave now and tried edging them out the door over and over gain, he could've easily picked up the phone and made a call to see if they could stay longer but instead he kept insisting with the clients that they needed to leave now. He also stated that he got here before his clients and noticed that my neighbor to the north had heavy traffic flow of people using the sidewalk in front of my house, so there wouldn't be any privacy. My neighbor hasn't used his front door the whole time I've lived here, in fact he was at work on his three day on schedule And according to my camera no one ever walked on the sidewalk this day, in fact it was raining that day. Oh yes there's more the clients wanted to know if they could fence the yard, Mark told him they were not allowed to have a fence but when the customers looked out several windows of my home to see the neighbors had fences, Mark's answer was well that's a different neighborhood. completely false. Shall we go on? He then proceeded to tell the clients that the $33 a month HOA fee was one of the highest he has seen and that the HOA doesn't do anything to justify that amount. Again if you walked out the front door you would see the amazing park in the front yard, this would be one of the things they maintain, Along with snow removal from the sidewalks, alleyways, all the landscaping, all the watering, even the awesome led lighting along our provide walk ways. Oh the park, the customers asked where it was at he told them it was east of the home several blocks, when in fact it's in the front yard, with a very large playground. No it's not the huge one but it is the one that was mentioned in the listing that stated where it was, Not to mention again when you walk in the home you can see it because it's literally attached to the yard. Oh we're not done. The home is listed as a three bedroom, he told the customer that the flex room couldn't legally be considered a third bedroom because It did not have a closet. Well Mark I do encourage you to call the state of Idaho real estate board, there is no such thing, that is hearsay. Also If you read your listing sheet again it would say non-conforming third bedroom, but for a few hundred dollars a closet could've easily been added. During March 2021 there was roughly 7 homes for sale in the Post Falls area that were priced from $400,000-$600,000. With this overwhelming shortage many homes would receive 10 and up to 30 offers. So I decided that I would show the home Friday Saturday and Sunday, and then on Monday review all the offers and decide which one wa

I grew up in Cd'a and when I started thinking about trying to buy a home here for my family I felt really overwhelmed and a little discouraged. This market is growing fast and every time it seemed my husband and I were interested in a home it was pending sale the same day on the market. My realtor Paul has been in this industry a long time. He knew we needed to standout if we wanted to be competitive in this market. When we found the home of our dreams, we sent in our offer and shocker.... we were 1 of many that day. He suggested a few ideas to really make our offer unique and went to bat for us really communicating with the sellers/realtor. He made sure we were all on the same page and truly was the reason the sellers picked us.As we are navigating through this buying process its been such a blessing to have my realtor as a resource for all things first time homebuying. I can't say this enough this company is amazing! They go above and beyond to make your dreams come true. I love that they are called "Hope" Realty, For the first time in my life I have hope that I am able to buy a home in a community that I love and I'm so excited to raise my kids in. Thank you Paul, Andy and the Hope Realty team! You Rock!!!!!
