I don't like stupid worthless people who refuse to give customers information that they have every right to. I told them flat out I need a receipt for the work that was done on my house. They thought that was lol funny for some reason that I can't figure out and then they hung up on me. I had to talk to 13 people 13 times over the course of a couple months to finally get these stupid worthless idiots to give me a receipt. I really should only have to ask once. I will never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever go to any home depot store in the world ever again.

The store manager Josh is a pompous RUDE POS. He does not care about the customers or their concerns over damaged products. Will NEVER step foot in the CDA Home Depot till they wake up and get a new manager. I am not at all surprised of the poor reviews on here and 2.3 star? Sad!!!! Definitely tells the public that there are far more poor reviews than good. Wake up HD and read the reviews and get a clue. Also filing a formal complaint to the higher ups on our experience.

Always enjoyed this store and never a problem until today. Cashier proceeded to tell us she was let go from another job because she wore a Trump wristband because it's political and how ridiculous it was... we were in shock she was talking politics to a customer who she doesn't know at all. We left feeling pretty angry and disappointed. Lowes may be our choice from now on.

Im not very happy with the Home Depot in CDA right now. We went in there on Sunday, Sept. 18th to shop for and purchase new counter tops for our kitchen. After choosing the material we sat down with a salesman in the kitchen designs dept, went over pricing and installation details, then we payed the guy. While the salesman was filling out our contract he asked for the best number to reach us at, we provided our phone number and were told we would be getting a call from an Ore

I bought a trailer at the Coeur d alene home Depot. They didn't have a title when I purchased it but said they could get it no problem. Juanita was the person "helping" me with this. I asked her to call when she got it and I would come get it (I live an hour away from the store) days go by, no call, no title. I call the store, still working on it, weeks go by, no title. I call. It's at a store by you. It wasn't. MONTHS go by(yes, really! ) With me calling weekly. No title. I can't get a lost title for a new trailer, WA dol rules. I finally call the trailer MFR (I wasn't supposed to buy did anyway). They said no claim for this trailer title was EVER FILED! I call home Depot and ask for a different manager. He gets the title ORDERED THE NEXT DAY!! He also calls me and tells me. JUANITA never called me ONCE! NEVER in almost three months. I was told once they received the title they would send it to me. Nope! It sat on what I can only assume was JUANITA'S DESK FOR THREE WEEKS! I had to call and ask for it to be mailed. So, home Depot in CDA is ok but avoid JUANITA at all costs. She doesn't follow through.

We've had quite the experience buying appliances here. First we purchased a washing machine and dryer in the store. That customer service person forgot to apply the promotional $100 off if you opened a credit card and spent over $1000 and got my name wrong despite copying it directly from my driver's license, so I had to then wait and have the customer service desk call the main Home Depot accounting department to get it applied. The delivery company made a huge ding on the washing machine while bringing it in through the door, just being careless, and tried to convince us to still take it for $250 off so they wouldn't have to load it back on their truck. We said no, we wanted a new one in pristine condition, and they loaded it back on their truck after huffing and puffing about us not taking the discount instead. We then waited about a week to find out the new delivery date/time which we had to keep calling to get, and it ended up being another week away. In the meantime we're left without laundry in our house because we only have a dryer. No dings or damage with the delivery of the new washing machine a week later, however the delivery company (same one as the first time) installed the hoses incorrectly. They mixed up the hot and cold water hoses. We called Home Depot and they said they can't have anyone on their end come out, they would have to send the same delivery team for a third time back to our house and they could not schedule that for another week at least. Just ridiculous. We ended up having a contractor come to do it instead. We called and told the Home Depot store manager the scenario - imagine our surprise when they said the delivery company wasn't even allowed to offer discounts for damaged items! Luckily we didn't take up that offer they tried to make because we never would have seen the "$250 off" they promised if we had decided to keep the original damaged washing machine. It's now been over a month and my credit card has still not come in the mail either. I called today and the customer service team said I should have received it weeks ago. Overall not a great experience compared to others I've had with Best Buy with my last appliance purchase. I would recommend going anywhere else for a seamless experience. Best Buy got it right the first time. This has ended up being more than a month-long process to get this all said and done. Not impressed.

I was really disappointed not to find a cappuccino stand and attendants in white gloves to help you with your lumber. At 100 dollars per sheet of plywood, we should be getting a wine tasting or personal shopping assistant. This price gouging needs to stop. There's no shortage. I went by the lumber mills nearby and there's more wood than I've ever seen there in twenty years. They're lying and raking in the profits. STOP BUYING AND FORCE THESE CROOKS INTO LOWERING THE PRICE!!

Great place. It does get crowded but the lines move quickly. Sometimes it's a little hard to get help with cutting lumbar but if you are proactive in hunting someone down, they make sure you get the help you need.
