Michael Jolly is the man! He's so sweet and caring. We visited three times to make our decision on a wedding ring and he helped so much. We waited for the diamond party on March 2nd, but we actually didn't like any of the designer rings. We went back to the same one we saw day one. Upon checking out, our grocery bag tragically broke. Michael didn't hesitate at all, he went above and beyond, running to grab us a replacement bag. Absolutely a 10/10 experience and Michael was the star of the show.

The saleswoman was EXTREMELY RUDE, impatient, and judgmental when we asked questions. My partner and I were treated like we were idiots and shouldn’t be there. Extremely poor service and terrible experience. Would NOT recommend to anyone.

The WORST experience I’ve ever had with any shop/store. (CDA location) Was immediately profiled, I presume because I was wearing my outdoorsy clothes, and nobody even tried to help me. I was completely ignored and the few other people that came in looking like rich housewives were helped immediately. When someone finally talked to me they said “you’re just browsing aren’t you” and when I said no and told what I was looking for nicely they proceeded to point at a case and roll their eyes and I got no further help. The worst ever, Fred Meyer needs to rethink these employees. Wish I could give zero stars.

NATURAL/ ORGANIC SECTION:I stopped shopping here because it's not easy to find organic & natural foods since these products have now been integrated into the store, along with all the genetically modified and sugar latest products.I shopped at Fred Meyer for years, because the natural and organic section was separate from all the rest of the products, unlike Safeway and Albertsons, who had integrated. I am disappointed.CUSTOMER SERVICE: I have always received exceptional customer service counter experience

I've always loved Fred Meyer for one stop shopping. It's not what it used to be though, not since Kroeger. Especially in CDA. It's a small store so not as many choices and the clothing choices used to be a lot better brands. Many of the grocery and beauty items I used to buy are only Kroeger brand 'choices' now. (if there is only the store brand, there are no choices) This store is a bit run down and I have had to contact management about a rude foreign woman who works in the store. I will still shop there if I need something specific but our choices are dwindling. The big fish are gobbling up all the little fish.

Absolutely love this store, being from California I haven't seen any stores like this. One stop shopping at its finest.

This is a huge store. We don't have them in the state I live in, but they kind of remind me of a Walmart with the grocery store in it.We needed a few items for our camping adventure like groceries and a few RV items and they had everything we needed and then some.We went to self check out, and everyone in self check out had a blinking light because they're registers in self check out we're not cooperating and there were not enough people to help us. We would've been better off, waiting in the long lines with a real person checking us out .Great store for all your needs.

oh, I used to spend between $400 and $500 every month at Fred Meyer in Coeur d'Alene. In the last two years customer service has gone to from OK to horrible. They obviously don't think much of their employees. For example, in the pharmacy it is way too small for the amount of customers that use it. They had the opportunity to enlarge it when the bank moved out and they did not. I very rarely shop there anymore.

A wonderful Fred Meyer as far as they go. Generally very clean with tidy aisles and a good selection of damn near everything. Great bakery and produce section. Currently undergoing a massive change in where items are located in the store so a bit chaotic. Service is solid but lines at customer service are long and the store can get very busy at peak times so sharpen your elbows.

I am livid. I put in a grocery order at the Coeur d’Alene Fred Meyer to be picked up between four and five. I know I know this time is usually busy. However, I was not anticipating a THREE HOUR wait, at the end of which my order was just simply canceled! To top it all off, I had two young kids in the car and ended up missing an appointment. There was no manager on site able to help and just one clerk serving everybody the best he could. To be clear, this was not Manny‘s fault. This location is horrifically understaffed and he was heroically trying to help an overflowing parking lot all alone. Especially on a holiday week, you should have known better! This was the only available time window I had before our Easter dinner to get our food. I have shopped at Fred Meyer every week for years. This might be the last straw that breaks us.
