Guys were Friendly but not helpful, if you have an issues they just say they just look at computer and say their hands tied.

This location in particular: Friendly and helpful staff. Got in and got out with no issues. FedEx as a whole however is an abysmal service that I dread seeing pop up as the shipping company whenever I get an order confirmation in my email.
