“I went in for a follow up visit for a cat bite. Very quick and easy. However, quite the impression was made and I feel it needs to be shared. The receptionist, Justin the nurse and Doctor Bassler all have incredible bedside manner. Welcoming, kind, helpful and overall amazing. I would give more stars if I could. Amazing team!”

“Jackie is absolutely amazing! Been going to her for years. She takes time with her patients which I greatly appreciate. Her staff is always friendly. I am grateful she offers suggestions to try other than just writing scripts and pushing pills on me. Never have I not felt that she genuinely cares. I also adore that she won't tolerate patients treating her staff rudely or wasting everyone's time with no shows (her no show policy is beyond fair).”
“Yes, they have been bought out and I was hesitant to stay a patient but I had faith and patience and am glad I didn’t transfer out. Some of my friends did and guess what- they al returned to Prairie. The grass isn’t always greener on the other side. My provider is great, the staff is friendly, and the office is beautiful and cozy.”
