Great place to buy a truck. But it sucks that the FREE car wash is broke. I guess nothing in life is free anymore, nothing but empty words.Come on guys?

Excellent detail work on my older 2013 Toyota Highlander. It looks almost new inside! I recommend the detail department! Brian in service was very helpful too.

They are name only in Spokane Valley. Dave Smith does not own Dave Smith Nissan in Spokane Valley! The owner in in South Carolina! However the company running Dave Smith in Spokane Valley is running the name Dave Smith in the ground. I will never go to the car dealership in Spokane Valley under the false name Dave Smith again!

This carwash is great when open. That said, it has mostly been closed for the past 2 years. Very disappointed in receiving this perk when buying my truck only to find it closed most of the time.

Bought my Tundra from Pete at Dave Smith. OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE! All of them! Gave me full price for my trade-in! Free car wash for life! Probably my best experience at a dealership in my 55 years...

I took my BMW to have an oil change and after I picked up my vehicle I noticed the oil was leaking and my car was idling different- the Idle was off and my car felt like it was going to die. I called the Service dept and they urged me to bring it back so they could check it out. I brought it back and they said nothing was off and the oil change wouldn't have caused the IDLE problem. I took my car to Marks Automotive who specializes in BMWs and he confirmed the OIL change from Dave Smith had everything to do with my car idle being off and it could have caused a lot of damage because the Oil cap used didn't fit, they used the wrong oil .... so they redid the Oil change correctly and it cost more than the Oil change from Dave Smith. I took in both receipts to the Service dept who said they would speak with the Service Manager Allen & issue me a refund. I called Allen many times and the accounting dept as he stated refund was coming from them. He even left me 2 voice mails stating a refund was being issued BUT no refund has been issued. I bought a car from them 2 years ago but will never consider buying from them again.

I Don’t recommend them, and will never purchase again from them. Unfortunate that one of the biggest dealers(not best, remember that) they take advantage of their customers. I won’t explain the whole experience as it won’t matter, what I will say is that don’t purchase from them, their best interest is themselves. It just sucks that they will cut corners and do what they have to do to take advantage of folks that are in need, and inconvenience them when things are their responsibility!

This was the BEST experience I’ve ever had with purchasing a car at a dealership. Very relaxing environment, professionalism, outstanding attitudes, (not the stereotype sales, salesmen didn’t have overbearing cologne lol, just super cool guys here!).. zero pressure, very nice route to test drive, very honest, all around great service!! THIS is why Dave Smith is the best dealership !!

What began as a 5 star journey and vehicle purchase turned South soon after I turned North into my driveway with my newly purchased 2017 MINI Cooper JCW Clubman. I had $28,000 in Cash which had to be given to the salesperson so we could complete the deal. I handed him 3 envelopes. 2x10K and 1x8K and asked if he wanted to count it. His reply was "No I trust you." In retrospect my excitement outweighed my business logic. I should have been the one counting the money out to him...because as fate would have it the next day I get a call from the dealership indicating they were short $500. I did have $500 that I had held from a sale I made on my truck two days earlier for $28,500 which now I ended up giving away to Dave Smith. I have no proof of any theft due to MY stupid business blunder. Therefore the fact that someone got a $500 bonus from me is all that's left to say about this. Now to the pricey nit-picky stuff. I have a book out sheet from the dealer indicating my MINI has a Power Seat which it doesn't. That alone is a $1250 add-on although Dave Smith had it listed at $375. Either way it's not in my car. I tried to challenge that but was told I got such a good deal it didn't matter. That's nonsense and double talk and old school car sales crap. Of course too late now...for me. I was also charged $150 for a hand buff...HUH? And the document fee is $120. About $10 a page... holy s**** Bottom line...this is stuff that MANY DEALERS cleverly add on. Had I known that I would have balked. Lesson learned. In closing which is not directed solely to Dave Smith Frontier Sales force. I would highly recommend to any potential vehicle purchasers to look carefully at every little detail AHEAD of the SALE. Don't add on the extended service warranties (55% are never used) and the Auto Protection sealant packages (huge markup). Don't believe me? Check out Consumer Reports, or Dave Ramsey's advice. Both which could have saved me time and money had I done my homework in advance.
