These glasses cured my depression

Worst Costco I've ever been to. The parking lot is a joke. Too small and too busy. You have to practically fight people for a table at the food court. There's no coffee grinder. It's just too heavily trafficked for where it is. Costco, build another store in Liberty Lake, for crying out loud!

TIRE CENTER PRODUCTS: I appreciate the self service tire inflation station SERVICE: very helpful I went to the self service tire inflation station b/c my trailer tire was low. When I arrive the tire was off the bead. The guys working at the tire center were great and spent a bit of effort to get the tie back on the rim and re-inflated!!

Disrespectful employees and management does nothing when it comes to common sense situations

This is the Costco.Feel free to body check snooty CDA shoppers right TF out of your way as you browse the aisles, they just make impotent little snorting noises and take it out on their housekeepers later. Relatively less busy than other CostCos even during peak times; they seem to staff enough cashiers to handle most any typical store traffic. Food Court turnaround is wonderful. Staff seem to enjoy their lives and are thus relatively to actually helpful.

I love that they back their products. We love shopping there. We buy all different products and services. Auto & home insurance, large appliances, shutters and household goods.

I rarely leave reviews for places like Costco but want to rave about the lovely workers in the bakery department here. We came in to pick up my partner's birthday cake (his favorite is the tuxedo cake) and noticed many decorated for the holiday season. I brought a blank one up to the bakery and asked if there was a way to put "happy birthday" on it. Sure enough, they stopped what they were doing, asked my color preference and decorated it beautifully! Thank you!

Very disappointing experience here. We live in our RV, we're passing through town, and pulled up right before 10am to go shopping here. Parking always takes up 5 spots with our rig which is why we showed up before opening. Anyways, while my husband was in the store, I was harassed by 3 different staff members asking me: "when I got there?" "When I would be leaving?" And they were lecturing me about how I was taking up multiple spots, their lot was small, how they wanted me to leave, bla bla bla. Just rude harassment that was totally unnecessary. IM A PAYING CUSTOMER, leave me alone while I'm spending money at your establishment! I mean if we had been there for half the day, that would be one thing, but we were parked there for a few hours while we were shopping, have some consideration for other lifestyles please!

I ordered glasses here and they came with a flaw in them, which the eye doctor subsequently verified. Costco CDA refused to fix them, and I had to pay for a second set of lenses to get the correct prescription. I also went in once to see if they could repair my current glasses. They were broke, and my new ones hadn't come it yet. The staff were super rude and taken aback that I would even ask about repairs. In contrast, Lens Crafters has always been willing to replace broken nose pieces or ear pieces, or makes fit adjustments, free of charge. Costco also has ridiculously long lead times, 2 to 3 weeks when Lens Crafters can make the same glasses in 30 minutes for less money. If you wanted to be treated like garbage, come to the Costco Optical center in Coeur d'Alene.

I love visiting other Costco's when I travel. I like to see if they sell different items than they do at my hometown Costco. Today gas was $4.65 per gallon. I didn't see any hard liquor. Is that a thing in Idaho? The wine is similar to the wine in California and similar prices.

As I sit here watching people waiting in line to get into Costco my thoughts are why do they open at 10 and not 9:30 like Costco use to

Based on dozens of successful shopping missions...... Gas pumps 5 stars for the number of lanes. One thing you will notice is that a Washington customer will take their time after filling their gas tank....IDAHO customers will get in their car and leave quickly so that the next customer can pump gas. That's called politeness. Parking lot....watch out for speeding Washington license plate drivers. Oh, they are also the ones who will leave their cart next to the parking space they exit.....Idaho residents always return their cart to the designated cart area. Get your steps in, one two, one two. Shopping carts.....Washington kids will be placed into their cart, Idaho kids walk and help the parents shop. 5 stars for cleanliness of this store, inventory and most of the fresh food. 4 stars for food not consistently placed in the correct refrigerated areas; I bought a three pack of cucumbers. They went rotten in about three days. I shopped and saw they were stacked near the lemons. I mentioned to an employee they used to be in the refrigerator section. He looked me straight in the eye and lied...telling me they return them to the refrigerator area at night. I don't buy them anymore there. "Fresh" salmon. Twice I bought and stunk so bad when I brought home. I brought it back but was declined on the return. So.......here's what I think is going on. Their salmon is sometimes double packed or single. Mostly double. I think they take out the salmon when it hasn't been moving and double pack it. We have bought salmon once a week for DECADES at our local Costco where we've lived. We no longer buy our salmon here. Chicken....sometimes not very fresh. Looks yellow or smells. 3 stars customer service. I suggest only older cashier aisles or self check. As for other reviews regarding the management....no, they don't care. Just buy your stuff, gas up and enjoy the price savings. 3 stars on exit. I'll place items in view to make it easy for employees to verify items I purchased. It can be four, or nine items...the employee will look,....and look, step around cart, count, then count, one, two, three ok four items...thanks. I just look in astonishment. It's funny. Wine department....well, not a great selection. I recommend Spokane Costco.

I was in the store for the first time doing Instacart and I was very overwhelmed and couldn't find a lot of the items I needed. I asked one of the employees, Ali, for assistance and she was very knowledgeable for only being there for a few weeks. She was extremely helpful and kept giving a sense of comfort when I ran into her a few times around the store. She was extremely kind and genuine. Because of her, we will most likely become Costco members. Also, shout out to the rest of the team there. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

I had glasses made with a new prescription. I ended up with the same vision problem as with the last pair. They advised me they could recheck the Rx and gave me an appointment time. I made a special trip, 45 minutes one way, and when I showed up the Dr. told me they could not do what they commited to the day before! Frustrating!!!

I have shopped at Costco for years. While I was frustrated with their mask mandates they were just playing it safe. One policy I find irritating is the line to get out of Costco. Today there were 20 people per line, backed up to the food court, I had one item. I waited until I noticed the woman marking receipts was chatting with a friend while people waited. I walked past the carts, flashed my receipt and attempted to leave. The same woman who was chat, sorry, I mean checking receipts grabbed my receipt and then started scolding me for not standing in line. I spoke with her manager at her insistence. He informed me that it is Costco policy to mark all receipts because people are thieves and make duplicate receipts. Okay, I’m not sure how this helps and despite his implication, I am not a thief (and would not have thought of that) but we as customers should not have to stand there wasting our time while the gate gal chats because of some “policy” that makes little sense. I should not have to wait for permission to leave their facility. Costco is the only store I can think of that does this to their customers. Our time is valuable and this corporation needs to value that time. Additionally, having shopped at Costco for years I have seen a marked change in customer service since the beginning of this insanity. It has deteriorated substantially. Numerous employees standing around chatting while lines are backed up, managers who can’t seem to get the right people, in the right places, at the right time and won’t jump in to help when busy and treat the customers and their employees like peasants, although their employees are VERY well paid. I won’t say I won’t shop there again, because that isn’t realistic. Their prices are hard to beat, fuel is cheaper than anywhere else (very pleased they put in diesel pumps) and the store is clean and well organized. I can usually find what I want rather quickly. But the experience would be much better if the personal were as organized as the store is and the employees and the corporation valued their customers. Our willingness to spend our hard earned money keeps them employed. And they eliminated their may I have “permission to leave gates”.
