Bought case of glass bottled Starbucks Frappuccino. Sign clearly said 12 bottles for $15.99. Noticed on receipt as leaving we were charged $21.99. Spoke with employees. Who first brought back mocha POWDER. Obviously didn't listen. They went to do price check on bottled Starbucks. Came back with photo of sign of $21.99. My mistake not going back with the employee. We definitely know she lied. We had sat in the Costco aisle discussing the price per bottle and we definitely read the sign correctly. I went back to the aisle and definitely know she pulled the old sign down.

So who's the snotty lady at the pharmacy? I approached the counter and asked her how she was doing today and she barks at me to get back in line because she was already helping someone. No body was there. I think that maybe Costco should give a refresher course on how to speak to their customers. If I get her again and she repeats her nastiness, I'm going to really embarrass her.

Love the staff here, they are always kind, helpful and respectful; especially Chevvy and Carol. I have been using this pharmacy for many years and they usually always have what I need when I need it and if there's any issues, they let me know right away. Thank you!

Inconsistent policies and procedures and extremely rude and unhelpful. There's one person who will go out of his way and he's wonderful. I got the eye roll from the pharmacist also. They seem to not hear anything you say and then respond like you're nothing but a pain in the rear. I kinda felt like they were treating me like an addict because I didn't think I should have to wait until I was out of meds to refill. Like a week ahead should be fine. It seems like they don't want to help or answer questions and if that's the case they're in the wrong business. I will be looking for a better option.

Mike in the tire center is a rare breed. We were traveling to drop off our oldest at college and ended up with a flat. After panic set in and after finding out that no one in the area had our size tire, we found Costco and Mike. He was professional, courteous, understanding and a miracle worker, got us back on the road. When I said thanks, he simply said "helping people is what I love". Thank you Mike!!!

Horrible customer service from Costco employee today at the Coeur D Alene store. Management should not tolerate lack of maturity in its employees. She needs to be gone, gone, gone. I'm returning everything I've ever bought from Costco. Her actions towards their customers in inexcusable. To hell with Costco and it's despicable management team.

Worst Costco I've ever been to. The parking lot is a joke. Too small and too busy. You have to practically fight people for a table at the food court. There's no coffee grinder. It's just too heavily trafficked for where it is. Costco, build another store in Liberty Lake, for crying out loud!

Good prices, long waits, accuracy filling issues in conjunction with good RX discount codes. It took 3 tries and 1 1/2 hours to get our last RX straightened out.

TIRE CENTER PRODUCTS: I appreciate the self service tire inflation station SERVICE: very helpful I went to the self service tire inflation station b/c my trailer tire was low. When I arrive the tire was off the bead. The guys working at the tire center were great and spent a bit of effort to get the tie back on the rim and re-inflated!!
