The produce department is one of the main areas I expect grocery stores to maintain. I have never seen this before especially in the organic section will not be returning to super one Anytime soon. If you zoom in on the pictures Stuff is literally growing between the metal brackets , i've never seen this in a produce department before. Not something you want to see when you're looking for freshness in that department.

I give them 5 stars just because I love the staff, they are sooooo sweet, and I've never had to wait more than like 10 seconds to get asked if they can help me over at the fish or meat counter. They never act like they are being "put out" they are just happy to help. I love my produce guy, sorry I can't remember his name, but he is so knowledgeable in that whole area that i always trust his judgment and he has never steered me wrong. I guess if i had to make one complaint, it would be that one time they charged me full price for something that was on sale. Who cares. 2 bucks in 12 years. Also...they actually have a full staff of wonderful cashiers, so i never have to wait in line.

Super 1 has been my go to grocery store during the pandemic as Fred Meyer has gotten progressively absolutely terrible. But lately Super 1 is out of everything and this is since Covid is finally ebbing. The shortness of employees is extreme. Today I waited 5 minutes in the meat depth. And no employee ever showed up. It makes me wonder if Ron is paying enough to keep staffed. The shelves are now much barer than they were during the height of the pandemic. Now I am for the first time shopping at Walmart which seems at this point to be getting stock and employees somewhat under control.

The worst Super-One I've been to. And I love Super-One! The store layout is strange. Items are kept in seemingly random places / areas, and there were a lot of bare shelves and missing product, even more than has been usual during these troubled times. Prices are nigh batshit insane relative to the shopping experience.

Bought Almond milk here last week. Only to find out this morning when I went to open it; that it was already expired (THE DAY BEFORE I BOUGHT IT). This store always has stocking issues and it isn't the first time I've accidentally bought expired food off of their shelves. C'mon guys!! WTF?! Do not shop here. Fred Meyer, Safeway, and multiple other stores are nearby. I'm sure they check their product and rotate it properly.

If it wasn't a two hour drive round trip to get to the store I would never use that Rosieapp! I've used it close to twenty times and it's always been an issue. This time the issue was in my opinion huge! I placed my order at 8am for a 5-6 pickup time. I get a call at 9:30 saying " hi, we're out of just a few things do you want me to call you back with a list of similar options." Well at 4:15 I called because I'm fifteen minutes into my hour drive to get down to cda. Those " few things turned out to be close to 150.00 and almost half my entire order! If half my order is out of stock just call me and tell me so I cancel it and go somewhere else! I now have so many mixed matched items that I can't even form whole meals. But I don't have time to make another stop because I have to pick up kids in Harrison! I will absolutely not use them again. Update your items for crying out loud or have your employees learn how to call customers back within a 7 HOUR WINDOW! If I wouldn't have called to check i bet no body would have called me! I wouldn't even know until seeing half my bags be loaded up. Don't offer a service that you guys clearly can not handle!!!!! Like I said this is is every single time. I wouldn't be this upset over a one time deal. You guys are my first scathing review

I have shopped at Super 1 for years and have no complaints about the store per se. However, with the current Covid-19 crisis here, your actions have made me decide to shop elsewhere from now on. The fact that none of your employees and most of your customers do not wear masks is an indication that you do not take the current situation seriously. Your refusal to wear masks tells me that you don't really care about my health. Fine, Fred Meyers, Costco, and Walmart all comply with masks. I will shop there from now on.

How much can you say about a Grocery Store? This is a good sized store. They have a large selection of products - just like other stores. We stopped in for a few items and some wine. The wine selection was pretty good (For Idaho) The cashier was friendly. All the staff seemed to be happy. Next time i am in Idaho, I will stop in for more groceries.

What's with the shitty parking spots? They aren't straight but they aren't diagonal? And what's the point of having express checkout when they let anyone with any amount of items come through. Your employees are assholes and need to know what deodorant is. I'm newer to the area and this was my first time in the store, and I'll never come back and make sure everyone I know won't be back either.

I do love the remodel. However I had called in a 16 piece chicken order for my grandparents, when I arrived at the 20 min time they had given me they then said they never put down the chicken and I would not be ready till 6:10 when I had called it in at 4:30. The staff was friendly. I just wish they would set the correct expectations and follow through with what they said.

Love the new Remodel! Cynthia is one of the reasons we keep coming back! As a checker she is very personable, she goes above and beyond her job description. She rubber bands your egg cartons closed, gives you paper towels for your hot food etc. She is a joy. Overall we have never had a bad experience. Shop the 12hr sales and stock up!

As of around 11:05 pm at 4/18 /2018 I walked into Super 1 to purchase some cigarettes but I had to wait a few minutes as no one was at the check out counter. As the checker showed up 2 males showed up with some snacks behind me and the checkout clerk proceeded to check them out first even though I was first in line waiting for assistance. As he was ringing up the other 2 customers it turned out that they were employees of Super 1. I calmly asked the checker if he could get me some cigarettes as I was waiting first in line before anyone else even showed up. The 2 employees made it abundantly clear that they were first when in fact they were nowhere to be seen as I was waiting for assistance. As I was asking for my cigarettes the two employees in line quickly changed their demeanor to extremely hostile to my face calling me every vulgar name in the book which are too explicit to name here. When I stood my ground as a customer and being in the right, one of the employees proceeded to shove me as both employees were calling me every name in the book. I have never in my life witnessed such behavior from a grocery store employee or assistant manager. The employee that was the assistant manager is named Dan. Dan made threats of violence and then before the situation could even escalate into something worse I decided to leave without further discourse. I will be pursuing this matter further with the manager and my attorney. The video evidence will show everything that I have said is 100% correct.

Local based small grocery chain. Open 24 hours great selections at a competitive price. Attentive employees. Great meat and produce departments. As far as the first review, there are two sides to every story. An observation though: if willing to use profanities on a public forum to express his displeasure, what was the situation like upon being approached in the store?

Unlike the first unfortunate review, I've had great luck and good experience shopping at Super 1, the produce is always good and the selection of products plentiful, parking is still a mess as people seem to forget to bring common sense when they shop but a little bit of patience helps. Most cashiers are nice although some could brush up on personality development, I've seen better smiles from my garden gnomes compared to some of their cashiers. Overall I'm pretty satisfied with this grocery, their deli is pretty good too! Just a short note about the first review, I agree that they should've handled that situation without too much drama and commotion- unless proven guilty and all is based on suspicion, a customer must never be put up in that kind of situation in which they have to prove themselves in public. Pulling them aside would've been a good start. Just saying.

If the option was available, I would apply no stars to the lack of a better word, shithole this establishment is. A friend and I went in to purchase a few things for our thanksgiving dinner the following day when we were suddenly stopped after purchasing everything we walked out with. The woman (whose name I don't recall, but do plan on finding out) was a stressful and repulsive bitch. Once she stopped us and embarrassed us in front of the entire store, she demanded we go upstairs and speak with security. After questioning her over and over on what we were being charged with, we finally reached the room where she began asking the questions. She asked us to remove our pockets and to take off our jackets and be patted down by the security guard on duty. I rose my voice to her and abruptly said, "We purchased everything on this receipt. We aren't thieves and you don't know who you are talking to." Her excuse ended up being that we put one of out purchased items in our pocket before leaving the store and that was "against store policy" and it raised concern to her and her employees. This store may supply a great deal of food, but fuck the employees who don't care to embarrass a few college students simply purchasing ingredients for their mothers thanksgiving dinner.
