If you’ve been looking for the right Jeweler, you’ve found them! I can’t express how well Brittany took care of us in dealing with a lost ring, insurance, recreating the ring, making changes and getting the ring to us in a very timely manner. THIS IS THE PLACE. stop looking and just go here!after being scoffed at at other jewelers for asking about moissanite for my engagement ring (looking at you, clarks), and then getting scammed on Etsy, came here just hoping to get SOMETHING.was met with kindness, warmth, and understanding that I just wasn’t looking to spend a house down payment on a diamond. was shown lots of options and given clear answers to my questions with 0 judgement and 0 pressure to make a decision on the spot, which is more than I can say for other places.these gals went above and beyond to get me my dream ring at a great price. We’ll be getting all our bands through them as well. I’ll never use another jeweler and I’m so excited to work with them again. thank you ladies!!

Recently joined my son to help choose an engagement ring for his gal. The owner was wonderful . She made my son feel so comfortable. He picked out a ring and she special ordered the diamonds for him to choose from. The ring turned out beautifully. My new daughter in law is THRILLED. Thanks Cheryl

I went in to have a clasp replaced on a necklace that has a ton of sentimental value andneeded by a specific date. I was told they could expedite it and I was willing to pay the extra so it was ready for my daughters trip to Greece and Italy. I called the day it was supposed to be ready and was told they were too busy with a bunch a people in the store to help me. They said they would call back in a few minutes and still haven't as of right now. The repair would only take minutes to solder and they have had the necklace a week and a half and still didn't meet their promised commitment. If I was told the truth I would have gone somewhere else that could accommodate my needs. Apparently my business wasn't important enough.

I left a review a year ago regarding the shabby treatment we received. The owner countered with a BS response. I did not have earrings made. If items were "heavily discounted", we were not apprised of same. A bracelet we purchased broke. Brought it in for repair and was told the pins are too thin, that it would keep breaking. He said it was worn out even though it had not been worn very often. So I have an expensive bracelet that is worthless.

Twice now I have taken a piece of jewelry and to get fixed and months later I have had to go in and check on it because they never called me and both times the piece of jewelry was still not done.

Don’t come here for repairs. Dropped off a bracelet told it was going to be ready in 2weeks. Came back 3weeks later and it was NOT repaired. No call or nothing. Unprofessional

Unprofessional. Cheryl was supposed to repair a bracelet I dropped off she said it was going to be ready in 2weeks. I show up. 3 WEEKS LATER still not repaired. Told me she should've called me....

In no way would I look forward to visiting a jewelry store. However, when your wife decides that it is time to get her wedding ring resized, the decision to visit such a place is pretty much made for you. In doing her due diligence, she created a short list of "highly recommended" jewelers to check out. The first store we went to reinforced my (I think disdain is perhaps too strong a word) reluctance. The person seemed knowledgeable, experienced, and earnest, but not very open to my wife's suggestions and possible alternative opinions of getting a wedding ring back on her finger. The next stop was Cheryl Burchell Goldsmiths. The first lady who assisted us was friendly and nice and patiently listened to my wife as she expressed the situation. After a few minutes of discussion and brainstorming, another lady came up and took part in the conversation. This one was the eponymous "Cheryl." Together, the three of them decided to order a ring that could be used as a new setting for the diamonds that were in the 32 year old ring that currently did not fit my wife's beautiful (in case she reads this) finger. Fewer than 48 hours later the order arrived, but the ring was not exactly what was requested. We continued discussing the options, this time with another employee who was equally helpful, friendly, and patient to my frequent sardonic comments and observations. We (my wife) came to a long-awaited decision and there was finally a light at the end of the tunnel. Cheryl Burchell Goldsmiths (not sure why it's not "Jewelers") resized a mother's ring that also did not fit (darn shrinking rings) in very quick fasten, but also was able to resize the "new" wedding ring that we (my wife), decided upon, set our diamonds into the setting, and mailed it to us in an extremely timely manner. All this is to say that if I HAD to go to a jewelry (goldsmith?) store for some reason, it would definitely be this one. Is this some place I would just pop in and hang out just for the heck of it? Probably not. Although the ladies there were all great, knowledgeable, and fun to talk with, unless they served Guinness on tap, they next time I go will probably be when my wife says so. Maybe they'll be offering a good stout by then.

I've been coming here for a few years, bringing in necklaces and rings to be cleaned and polished up. I've also recommended this place to many of my friends and family. I'm not doing that anymore, I don't appreciate being treated like a problem in every conversation I've had with the owner. I've been respectful and understanding through every insult, and today was the final straw. This place will work with you, so long as your net worth is over 85k a year, and you drive a Bentley, if not prepare yourself for insulting remarks.
