“Great group of people! I have an older 4runner that had some rust around the windshield that I needed to take care of. Just recently, the windshield started leaking so I knew I had to do something quick. Terri in the office was knowledgeable, helpful, and quick with sending me an estimate. Then Jeremy came out and removed my windshield, I did the rust remediation on my 3rd gen 4runner, and made sure it was good to go to get the new windshield installed. He came back out and put it in, and so stoked cause it doesn't leak anymore! Thanks to Novus for great service, good prices, and a smooth installation!!”

It did take about a month to get my car and communication was a huge issue in the beginning.Overall, I would have appreciated better communication so we all knew what needed to be done. However, the work that was done looks great.”
