Caliber Collision did a fantastic job on my car. Some of the parts took months to come in due to the pandemic-related supply chain issues (luckily my car was still drivable). They would call me periodically to give me status updates. When the parts finally came in they had it done, including paint, in three days. Very professional group. Highly recommended.Service: Body & Trim

If I could leave less than one star I would. This is the worst auto shop I have ever had the disservice of dealing with. My car was ran over in a parking lot at the beginning of the year. I was originally told that my fender and bumper would be replaced. I asked the manager at the time if they could install a reputable aftermarket bumper and he stated that it would be fine since it was cheaper than the OE bumper. Upon getting my vehicle back I noticed on the paperwork that they lied and told insurance they put an OE bumper on the vehicle. They also did not replace the fender, they only bondo'd it and poorly at that. There were also visible paint runs and dirt in the paint. I had to return the first day due to them not plugging in one of my fog lights. A month or so down the road I heard a horrible rattling noise from my front end and could feel a vibration in my steering column. Upon inspection from Les Schwab they found out that the tech had not properly secured the axle shield back into place and it had sat on the axle and shredded the boot. Caliber tried to refuse accountability but paid for the repair after a lot of tooth pulling. I mentioned the paint on the bumper looked awful and they tried to tell me it was the bumpers fault. It's not. It is the same composite as an OE bumper. I at no time was told I did not have a warranty and my original paperwork states that I do in fact have one. Well flash forward to now, the paint is flaking apart and the bumper underneath is smooth and unprepped. I took it to a caliber in western Washington and they stated that it didn't even appear to have sealer on it. This caliber (cda) is now refusing to own up to their mistake and fix the terrible paint job they put on my vehicle. They are also telling me there is no warranty and they told me that given that it's an aftermarket bumper. I'm sorry but your paintwork is on you. I will be going to corporate to get this resolved. I had a good friend who's truck door was improperly welded on by this shop as well and it almost came flying off on the highway. He filed a lawsuit and won. If you need repairs and get sent to this shop ... RUN

This was the Best experience I've Ever had with a body shop. From start to finish, I was treated with respect, kindness, and accurate, timely information. Caliber Collision worked seamlessly and efficiently with my insurance carrier. There was an understandable delay in getting parts due to supply chain issues, but I was kept in the loop with updates. The finished result with my vehicle was absolutely gratifying. It looked better - not only from the results of my accident - but from before I had any body work done on my car. They have a Life Time guarantee on their work and addresseda minor issue I had with follow up care immediately - in good faith and with a good attitude. I would unresearvededly recommend them to anyone who needs body work done on their vehicle.

My vehicle had been rear-ended and they were amazing through the process of evaluation all the way through completion of repairs. They kept in contact and made sure I had contact information for any questions. My car was returned to me and looked so amazing. I am thrilled with them and would recommend them to anyone needing repairs to the body of their car. Can't thank them enough for their kindness and help in a stressful situation.Services: Painting

I needed a new bumper after a late night meeting with a deer. They were able to get me in faster than other shops in the area. They kept me informed of the progress with text messages. The work was done to my satisfaction and finished earlier than I expected. I highly recommend Calliber Collision in Coeur d’Alene Idaho.Service: Body & Trim

Had an accident in late 2021 that was repaired here and a year later I'm still finding things that were done incorrectly and poorly. My wife is the primary driver and found out today in March 2022 that the rear defrost hasn't worked since the car was repaired in late 2021. There are imperfections in the body work that are visible, multiple clips were not reinstalled underneath the car and inside the trunk and I continue to find things that were done improperly. When I picked up the car they had left the rear mats in the shop and I have to call to get them 2 weeks later. There was clearly no pride in workmanship. Will be giving them a chance to remedy this but ultimately I'm very unhappy with the quality of work. I will likely now have to be without a car for at least several more days to get this fixed.Services: Painting

They did the work as quickly as they could under the circumstances. Our country's transportation system didn't help to get parts here on time. That was the holdup. Then a mechanic was sick a couple of times and couldn't work on it. But they got it done and it looks beautiful.Services: Exhaust
