The people here at Budget Storage are awesome and so kind! We only got a storage unit for a few months but it was super clean, in excellent condition and our stuff never got too hot or cold. I would highly recommend these units to anyone!

I'm disappointed in the patrons at this facility. Instead of turning in the bin I left outside my unit by myself stake back in July, the bin was stolen. Hope you're enjoying my stuff, whomever you are. You could have turned it in to the office but you chose to take it instead. Patrons have also broken the entry/exit keypad twice now. Thanks a lot, folks...those of us who follow the rules are being penalized for your carelessness. I'm also not impressed with the new management Our rates were all increased by approximately 20% some time ago. The increase here was supposed to be for improvements to the facility. So far, I've seen nothing except a new pull rope on my door, which was installed backwards. I'm stuck with this place because, unfortunately, other places are unaffordable.

They are extremely friendly and accommodating. We ended up not needing the unit we had reserved and they simply refunded my money and made the process very easy. Highly recommend

One of the best storage units we have found all over Spokane, I'm saying we are not saying anyone else just our experience, the storage unit we were in before this one the great guy next door watched our storage unit. No fence no security and 70% of the storage units just were not covered well. This one has security, a person on site, and we were able to get a really big storage unit for a friend of ours and us together to share.

I have never had a customer service experience like the one I had with "Peggy" and Budget Storage. After a lengthy legal proceeding, the court confirmed my inheritance was mine and the person trying to steal it had no case. So, the trustee sent me a notarized letter transferring ownership of the storage area in which my mother's things were stored to me. This was per a phone conversation he had that this is what was required by Budget to transfer ownership.I drove 1,500 miles to take possession of my stuff only to be refused by "Peggy." First she said Idaho law does not allow ownership of a storage unit to be transferred. When I could find no such law, I called her for a reference. Then she informed me that it was against Budget Storage's policy to transfer ownership. So I asked about adding an authorized person. No, they only allow one person to have access to their units. OK.My attorney and the trustee were confident this could be cleared up if the trustee went and spoke with "Peggy." Uh, no. Costing me $250/hour for the trustee to drive from Spokane, all we got from "Peggy" was evicted, I was told "we would NEVER rent to YOU," and while the trustee was allowed to show me the unit and items stored there, he was admonished "don't give her the code!"Mind you, I have never set foot in Budget Storage before, nor ever met "Peggy" before. But yet she treated me like some sort of notorious criminal. To top it off, laughingly, I later received an email from her telling me I had been "tresspassed" and was not to step foot on their property lest I be arrested. Huh? I was never impolite, hostile, or argumentitive with this woman. I to this day do not understand her hostility towards me. She kept babbling on something about they were not going to get involved in a dispute over ownership. But there was no dispute, there never really was. The court made that clear."Peggy's" action have cost me several thousands of dollars that I didn't need to have spent to extend my time in CDA to collect my belongings. It took me two weeks to get full possession of my belongings, time spent in a hotel. I had to pay movers to come and move the stuff to another facility. All of this with no explanation from Budget regarding "Peggy's" behavior.You conduct business with this establishment at your own risk. They have very strict policies concerning ownership and access to the units, especially compared to other local storage facilities. I recommend you take your business elsewhere (at less cost, too, btw).As regarding Budget's response, below, there were no legal issues at the time I came in to collect my belongings. The court had ruled and the legal "issue" was resolved in my favor. One would think doing what's best for one's tenant would involve doing as the tenant wishes, but this Budget did not do. Even when the tenant drove over to their office to personally instruct them what needed to be done, they refused, making up lies to explain why ownership/control of the unit could not be transferred. Instead, they chose to listen to the slander from the man that tried (unsuccessfully) to steal my parent's estate.Run, don't walk, away from this establishment and their unprofessionalism.
