If it wasn't for the assistance and support I received from Nancy, I would have never found my beautiful wallet! I have been looking for a new wallet for over 3 years! I described to her what I was looking for, and she immediately pointed many wallets out to me so I could make my selection! She even showed me her wallet which she bought there, which I thought was extremely nice! Thank you Nancy for helping to make me smile! This boutique has many amazing items that I would need much time and describing as! Be sure to stop on in when you're visiting the beautiful city of Coeur d'Alene! You will leave with many smiles on your face! ?????

If you like to be followed around by rude staff who act like you are stealing things, then this is definitely the boutique for you. If not, shop somewhere, anywhere else. I tried to talk with a manager over this issue but she said it was their policy to follow guests step for step if we had an item in our hand. I politely pointed out I had nothing in my hand but she continued to berate me. I have spent thousands in that store on prior visits, but won’t make that mistake again.

This shop carries pieces that are classic and meant to be in your closet for years. Stunning colors, unique items that will make you stand out. The same goes for the shoes! Incredible. Invest in your wardrobe. I stop by this shop every 2-3 months to see whats new. And I’m never disappointed. Love the store and their points system.

I’ve bought a dress for a school dance and a satiny button up from this store, the ladies working were so incredibly kind and helpful, and both items are absolutely gorgeous. If you’re looking for good quality clothes for a special occasion or clothes for a vacation or something, this is the place to go.

5 stars! Thee best team of ladies! I rushed into the store on the hunt for a dress that I urgently needed for a dinner party within the hour (I had forgotten mine at home, sigh). The whole team of ladies rushed to grab me options from all around the store - I felt like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman

I had the pleasure of working at this boutique seasonally for three summers. All of my coworkers taught me so much about fashion and were always truthful and honest about the clothing that I wanted to purchase . Sometimes you may think something looks good on you but when in actuality it may not. All of our customers appreciate our service and our honesty. We carry as much made in America clothing as we can as well as fabulous Canadian designers. It was an amazing experience working there. Meeting interesting people who are traveling and enjoying the locals who many became friends. I’m certainly going to miss working there but excited to move back home to Missouri to be with my family. If you have the chance please visit the store and enjoy the experience. We strive to always make everyone feel special and it’s a lot of fun to help people find garments that bring out the best in them. It’s also fun hearing the stories about the events that they attended wearing the Boardwalk Boutiques clothing. I’m certainly going to miss all my coworkers and customers and the joyful environment I had the pleasure to experience on a daily basis. Hope to return as a customer one day and shop shop shop!

My boyfriend and I walked in after his mother - his parents were visiting for the weekend so we were showing them downtown. An elderly woman with a boys haircut running the store felt the need to come up to his mother and feverishly ask her “If they are with you [her]?” As if we were going to steal something. So so so rude, and so offensive. That being said, there are better places you can spend money on overpriced clothes in CDA. I would recommend never coming here.
