I am always greeted by smiling faces and asked if they can direct me to the correct window or location. Recently I dealt with a representative named Alicia Quaintance, and she went above and beyond to make sure that I was well taken care of and that all of my queries were being handled. “Pretty good in person service. I dock a star overall due to issues with the bank denying direct deposits or charging a 6 dollar fee to process them... I don't know why there's a 6 dollar fee for bank people to do the bank work.”

Have had to replace my debit card a few times due to unauthorized charges...be careful where you shop online...went into the branch, a few minutes later walked out with my new card and the bogus charges sent for investigation. Was reimbursed within a week.”

“I want to say that every single time I've gone in to deposit a check or open a new savings acct for vacation funds....these guys are and have always been the nicest people I've ever met. Good job on that. I only have 2 really tiny complaints. One is that they closed the branch that was most convenient for me, and just recently I went on mobile to check my balance and it kept saying I had the wrong p a sword and or login. It freaked me out. I thought I had been hacked. The wait time to talk to anyone was 25 minutes so I hung up. Tried again the next morning and still couldn't get on so called again. Took 24 minutes to resolve this non existent problem. I still had same login and pw....they never told my why my acct had been "disabled" out of the blue. Other than that have had no problem. Just maybe they have too many computer glitches...no idea”

“I had to deal with an issue when someone fraudulently opened a B of A business checking account with my business information. B of A fraud department said I needed to go to a local branch and personally close the account. I was hesitant to go to this branch (closest to me) due to the bad online reviews. However, I was greeted promptly and assisted by Melissa McClure who was helping at the branch that day. She took care of closing the account promptly, and provided guidance with reporting the fraud. During the short time we were there, there were many customers and 4 staff members taking care of business efficiently. I'm very pleased with the customer service at this branch. Thank you!”
