I had to deal with an issue when someone fraudulently opened a B of A business checking account with my business information. B of A fraud department said I needed to go to a local branch and personally close the account. I was hesitant to go to this branch (closest to me) due to the bad online reviews. However, I was greeted promptly and assisted by Melissa McClure who was helping at the branch that day. She took care of closing the account promptly, and provided guidance with reporting the fraud. During the short time we were there, there were many customers and 4 staff members taking care of business efficiently. I'm very pleased with the customer service at this branch. Thank you!

Tried to deposit a check, but had to jump through many hoops to make my deposit. ATM deposit was 6 buttons and done. Horrible service - BofA. The agent was nice.

Staff is too pushy when it comes to trying to sell their credit card I’ve had 2 Bank of America locations close near me now I have to drive 35 minutes to the nearest location. Been with the branch for a little over 22 years maybe it’s time for a change.

This is my bank. Bank of America, WAKE UP! You have only 2 tellers for this location, one of which was juggling the drive thru as well! Kudos to that guy, he was working twice as hard as he should've been. And why was the Appleway location closed at 11:00AM on a Wednesday afternoon????? Time to start shopping for another bank!

Very frustrating sometimes. Their business rep is awesome but the rest is something to be said. I tried to make a phone appointment to go over mortgages but they never called me during the designated time for the appointment. It took about 3 weeks to call me back but by then I had moved on to a different bank for my mortgage needs, which is sad because I am a member here. The other frustrating thing is we got all of our cash register coins and change here and some of them ended up being Canadian coins. We obviously didn't give those to our customers and when we tried to take them back at the end of the season we were told they don't take Canadian coins and wouldn't believe us that we got them from this exact bank branch. They also don't roll coins there so we were told to try to bring them in pre-rolled so if that's the case how can you be so certain that you didn't give us the Canadian coins. It's one thing to say policy is we don't take those but another to refuse to admit you would give out less value coinage and make us seem like liars.

Why must you close at 430? Everyone knows banker hours are till 5.. how can I ever make it to the bank when it's closed when I get off.. ugh

I am sick and tired of being treated like I am inconveniencing them when I have to come into the bank barely able ti walk from major pain because thier customer service over the phone cant seem to verify the 10 numbers I gave them or being disconected 2xs after setting on hold for over 1 hour I am thinking time for new bank second time tryi g to resolve bank just opened 3 people setting doing nothing and she says wait for this lady ...50 min she has been on phone waiting now remember The bank just opened....wow seriously I have even been told to keep the money on a claim yhat the company was willing to refund.. isnt that stealing from the bank...
