Would get a 5 star rating if it had a security gate for self entrance. "Open" hours are limited and often inconvenient. You have to make an appointment for visits before 8 and after 6. Signing in at the door on the clipboard is tedious, especially in inclement weather and threats of having the police called on you for failure to do so is petty.
