American Strength and Performance LLC is an incredible and well-equipped gym with a very low-key, welcoming, and family-friendly community vibe. It is described as the best gym, offering a personal touch with great staff and knowledgeable coaches. The trainers are very friendly and provide excellent instruction, focusing on specific goals, proper form, and engaging workouts. The class setup offers a great balance of coaching and independent workout time. It is a clean gym with good quality equipment in a central location, highly recommended for anyone seeking to achieve their goals and up their game.

Great gym to work out. I always stop by when I am passing through Coeur d’Alene for work. A lot of high quality equipment and the instructors are very knowledgeable and approachable. No egos. Just folks that want to help you meet your goals.
