Alliance moving hires the best people. They arrived on time and were very professional. They even moved all of our flooring for the gym equipment. Great job and they made our move less stressful, which we appreciate.

Beware!!! Do not use them. I was referred to Alliance by my realtor. I was moving out of town, and they came and reviewed what needed to be moved and gave me a quote. The morning of the move they showed up with the contract which stated they only cover any damaged items at $.60 per pound. I questioned this with the owner's son, however this was their policy. I signed the contract because I didn't have a choice!! I had to be out of the house that day. Reluctantly there was damage to an antique item that was a birthday gift worth about $400 that broke during the move. If I knew they would only cover or insure my items at $.60 per pound I would have never used them. If the truck would have had an accident, I would have lost everything and would have gotten pennies on the dollar for all my items.
They also did not pack the truck efficiently and left 2-3 foot gaps on tops of the truck. At the end there was not enough space and I had to give away a couple thousands of dollars' worth of stuff or rent another truck. I decided to give the personal items away to a charity who had a truck and were willing to come to the house a pickup the remaining personal items and left some for the new homeowner. When I asked about replacing my broken item it took 3 e-mails for a response and they sent me the form. I would have got $9 for a $400 item. Don't bother!!!! I also tipped the owner's son $400 after the move because he did do a good job and worked hard. If I knew they would not just replace the one Item I surely would not have tipped him anything. I thought they would be good people and replace the 1 item that was damaged without submitting a claim to their insurance and getting me $9. Totally disappointed with them and they didn't bother to follow-up over the last 2 months. I have never taken the time to give a negative review, but people need to be aware before using Alliance to move.

As an interior designer working with a storage facility is a necessity for out of state projects. My experiences working with Nick at Alliance have been exemplary. He's is organized, responds quickly and very helpful with solving issues that often come up with deliveries. All the items we stored with Alliance were well cared for and arrived undamaged. The installation team was amazing! Very helpful and willing to do whatever we asked even when everyone was exhausted at the end of the day. They kept all the debris picked up and disposed of everything daily. I will use Alliance every time I have a project in their area. Thanks Alliance Team!

Absolutely disgusting. I have no other words. I was turning and burning moving myself andy in-laws and asked Alliance to help with that process. Well they moved it, that’s for sure. They moved it, they threw it, they tossed it and broke it, and got their paycheck. $580 for two guys after being explicitly told $250 for two people to have them show up and ask for more. Which, I understood as it was a big job and I was blown away by how quickly they got it done. That was until I got back up here and saw the quality of their work or the lack thereof. I mean so much is broken, chairs, recliner, appliances, kayak, fishing poles, painting and pictures. It looks like everything was yeeted from the back of the moving truck into an ample space that could’ve been stacked efficiently and organized (I mean it’s moving not a stickler on how it’s stacked) but It’s ridiculous to pay someone with your hard earned money and have this happen to you and your belongings. I could’ve hired someone off the street to do a better job for less than half the pay. But I guess do it yourself, don’t trust people and NEVER, EVER trust these criminals. Priceless belongs thrown, tossed and disregarded hope the money was worth it and hope you bought some beer with it, because obviously you were drunk when you were here.

Extremely quick and efficient. Showed up on time, and quickly had the house emptied, faster than I could finish the last minute stuff. They had no issue moving even the heaviest items. I won’t move again without them.

Alliance moving and storage has helped my business for about 6 years. Their movers have always been kind and courteous in my clients homes. Alliance has been great at communicating when furniture arrives broken or damaged, and I always know my stored items are safe in their warehouse. I have hired alliance to move my own personal homes and they were very fast and efficient. If you’re looking for a great quality mover, look no further!

Bob and his team at Alliance Moving were amazing again! They helped us on our move to Coeur d’Alene two years ago and the same movers were there to help us again today to move one of our storage units in CDA Place. Alliance worked with our rushed schedule as we tried to be out by the end of the month at the unit and they were fast and professional. In both moves, all items were carefully packed and no items were damaged or anything. The team is friendly, the prices are great, and this is the only moving company I use and will continue to use in the future. Thank you, Alliance, Bob, Brandon and team.

I have worked with Alliance as a Vendor for a number of years now. The owner has always been great to work with. They are a Family ran business with a professional staff of experienced employees. I notice many business's lately that have turnover so high that no one even knows how to provide the service they sell, this is not the case with Alliance Moving. You will be dealing with people who have years of experience in the Moving Industry and a genuine stake in their reputation in the CDA area.
