Tried to rent a unit here. The manager was rude to me even after she was 30 minutes late for our appointment. Her friend or son not sure who he was, was incredibly rude to me. Not professional or customer service minded.

The entire move in and move out process was made easy by Lee! She was super helpful and would always answer our texts and calls! Monthly payments were automatic which made it easy and convenient! The lot was very secure with chain link and barbed wire! Seriously the best storage place we’ve ever used! Thank you!!

As always it's a great experience, I just got another storage unit from Lee, she is the reason I have been at her facility for many years, and so as time goes by, we gather more things, I can only tell my friends and family, this is the best storage business in idaho, for real, great security cameras clean and we love her dog, so if anyone is looking for a safe and clean place to put your things, only call her as the price is great, very happy customer for many years.

Great service, clean storage unit, lighting inside, easy access, and very affordably priced. The management was friendly and very kind to us. We were so grateful to have this unit near our apartments until we bought a house. I would highly recommend this Storage Center as it has easy access and is close to town.

Very personable and accommodating. Easy set up with auto-pay and reasonable pricing. I even compared to all the areas in the area. I would absolutely go here again if ever necessary. The facility is nice and the units have lights as well.

We had a great experience with them. Unpretentious, helpful, mellow. Lee was always super cool. Clean and secure units. Never had a problem the whole year we had a unit with them.

Literally just called this place. Leah or lake have no idea but she mumbled her name...The gal who answered the phone is totally rude and degrading. Hope who ever your boss is, knows how rude and disrespectful you are. Rude and short with me. Way to give good customer service. She told me all your units are full ....... If I can't call to get prices how can I get info. You should fire her. Plenty of nice woman to do your job.
