They have a variety of options and very good customer service. Shalean is very patient and friendly. She also has very good taste and helped us choose our tiles and flooring base on our ideas. She gave us a lot of great suggestions and advice. We are so excited to build our new home with all the materials she helped us pick and put together. She also came up with estimates rather quickly which is very helpful when it comes to budgeting. She brought up the pros and cons of our choices on hardwood floors. We are so glad that our Ost Construction sent us here.

I highly reccommend Accent Design. Renee was my design consultant and it was a pleasure to work with her. She gave excellent design advice on my two major bathroom remodels. They look awesome. There's a warm friendly atmosphere in the store and you can tell they all get along well and help each other.

Getting your home remodel and finding someone to do it can be really stressful, especially when you're not 100% sure of what you want, then on a budget etc. I went to Accent Floors and Design on a referral from a friend and although still overwhelmed with so many options, their designer Renee helped me bring my ideas to life. She was able to get my home done without me being there, although it had some issues along the way (what remodel doesn't) all issues were taken care of and everything came out beautiful. Prices on some material was a bit high, so picked out items similar to save a bit and cost of labor has gone up so be ready to fork out there too. They have different people doing different jobs so Labor was separated for each job, so be aware when looking at total cost. Overall, I love everything and would highly recommend.

This store is a cut above the rest, CdA ! We shopped around for "distressed wood" looking tile and were told everywhere that if we wanted that look we'd not be able to get bullnose trim tile. Shalean and Emma took EXCELLENT care of us by contacting the tile manufacturers and pressing their vendor sales representatives' to better understand their product offerings. With some perseverance and patience, Shalean was able to get us the exact tile we wanted, bull pieces included. Both she and Emma were super helpful communicating delivery and ensuring our tiles were ready when we picked them up from the store. Five stars is not enough !

Renee is so amazing. She really loves her job and it shines through as she assists you through the process. She has an incredible eye for detail and really gets what you are trying to achieve. Would definitely recommend Accent Floors. I talked with Shalean who is very friendly and efficient. She took time with me to answer all my questions and sent me a quote for our project the same day I visited the store. Looking forward to our new carpet. :)

The owner Steve came out and did an estimate for our flooring.Steve was very professional and answered all our questions.The two men that installed our flooring were Steve and Eric.They were absolutely awesome, professional, and knowledgeable.Any further work in our house will be done by Accent flooring.We will personally ask for Eric and Steve.Everything about this job was Perfect!!Thank you so much!!!

Cant say my experience was a good one, went to the show room my wife and I are were going to remodel two bathrooms in our home, cabinets, solid surface counter tops, tile splashes sinks faucets etc,,, no one was avaiable to help us so made appointment for couple days forward, they called and canceled the day of want to reschedule, so we did couple days later the day of called and canceled again want to reschedule so we did. final get there and the person helping us was in a big hurry didnt seem very interested to help us mentioned he had another appointment in 30 minutes, so we hurriedly pick out everything and he was going to email a proposal to us with in two days . that was 8 days ago have never heard from they since no phone calls no emails, needless to say we wont be recommending accent flooring to anyone and surely wont ever go back,
