Have purchased bulbs before and very pleased with the service I received. Since my last purchase the model number from the manufacturer changed and I was not sure if I was going to get direct replacements for what I already have in use. Made inquiry with this supplier and received a terrific, and very thorough response and explanation with supporting documentation from Matt. Totally resolved the matter.

My original bulb was discontinued and finding the right replacement from the new list was not easy. Thank God for Matt in customer service. It took quite a bit of time, but when the bulbs arrived they were the correct size and brightness. I never would have picked the correct one without Matt's help
