I did my due diligence and shopped around and received four quotes. RV and Carport for Less was the least expensive. Cheaper is not always better, but they provided a quality steel carport for our RV. Pete came over within 24 hours on a Sunday and worked up the quote. The steel was delayed in Texas, and he said it would be installed around the end of Feb. He called a week later and asked if they could install in two weeks, which worked out even better. The installer called me the day before installation and stopped by that night. The next morning, he was 15 minutes early, and they were unbelievably quick and efficient and had it assembled in just a few hours. Easy company to work with. Reliable, quality product, plus it's a local Idaho company, I prefer spending my money in Idaho.

It was late in the fall of 2023 when we started talking with Pete at RV and Carports For Less. He worked with us to quickly sketch out the two buildings we wanted, as he knew that we hoped to get them installed before the snow. Before we knew it, a crew of three men arrived from Oregon with a huge trailer of tools and materials to do the install. The men worked very steadily for three long days, and installed both buildings, finishing them very late on the last night, just as the snow started up. We love the results and feel it was well worth the money we spent to be able to have peace of mind knowing your equipment is safely stored away for the wet winter months. If we decide we need any other buildings on our property, we’ll definitely consider this company again!!

Pete was great! The engineers were great! The installers were great! The process took time because kootenai county Idaho required a permit. It’s worth the wait! Just do your research with the county to know your timing. We recommend this company.

The price is too good to pass up. I will post pictures soon. My estimate was almost 4 grand less expensive than other companies. Also, Pete was fabulous to deal with. All reviews should be positive. The negative review I saw was a person who is in construction and Pete is their competition. It is wrong to give a bad review because they are competition.

Aside from the scheduling mix up, Pete is very professional and his guys Ray, Eric and George worked very hard through the rain. We are very pleased with the whole experience. As far as I can tell we saved thousands over the competitors. Much thanks!

They are a zero star. DO NOT DO BUISNESS HERE!!! Pete told me 3 to 4 months on my building. I ordered almost a year ago and still have no building. He is just the middle man and is zero help with getting answers. He never answers his phone or returns messages. He just gets his % and is no help from that point toward!!

I believe this may be my first negative review. My experience was not pleasant with this business. I will be doing business elsewhere.

I've had nothing but a stellar experience with Pete and Dionne at "rv and carports for less" I'd recommend them to any one. I bought three buildings an RV Cover 18'W x 35'L x 12'H, a Car Cover 18'W x 30'L x12'H, and a shop that will be built by July that's 24'W x 40'L x 13'H with a vapor barrier throughout, wainscoting, a 12'x12' garage door, 5 windows, and 2 man doors. They added three extra vertical legs, with trusses and braces for a better snow load capacity. All were very reasonably priced with free installation.

I got two buildings installed on my property as requested the first one was a 18'Wx35'Lx12'H RV cover and the second a 18'Wx30'Lx12'H car cover both of which were done perfectly and the price was right.... Read More

I put a down payment of $1,038 on a metal building through Pete at Carports for Less. We negotiated a building that needed a 50 lbs/sqft snow load. Pete told me I'd get build plans in 1 week from February 19th. Ive contacted him serval times over 5 weeks and never got my build plans. March 29th I get a call from (West Coast Metal Buildings) saying you're ready to deliver my building the 23rd of April but with NO build plans for my permit. The plans for an engineered building was never submitted by Pete. I don't like being lied to and he has poor business ethic. I have asked for a refund of my deposit. He refuses to give any of it back. Buyer be ware and stay clear!

It really takes a lot to motivate me to stop and write a review but I want to give a real shout out to Pete and his excellent customer service skills. I recently purchased an 18x40 foot carport from him. It wasn't a standard situation due to a few factors on my end, however, Pete was quick to respond to every question and request and I am one very satisfied customer. I highly recommend purchasing your next Carport from RV Carports for less.
