Summary: If you like finding out your 7am appointment was canceled at 5am because the tires you ordered aren't in stock, only to find out that they are in stock and they can take care of you, and then waiting 2 hours longer than the hour you originally scheduled, then this auto center is for you!I'm so disappointed in my experience here. Earlier in the week I schedule a tire replacement appointment for 7-8am on Friday, which was perfect because I have work at 8:30am. I get here at 7am and learn that at 5am I received an email saying my appointment was canceled because they don't have the tires I ordered. Who cancels an appointment at 5am, and why was I able to schedule the appointment if the tires weren't available from the start? Luckily, the clerk was able to find the tires and get my car in. While I was grateful he found them I have to wonder, why was my appointment canceled in the first place?! I give the clerk my key and get to shopping. 1 hour and 20 minutes later I still haven't received a phone call so I go and check. They are still replacing my tires! I ask the clerk how much longer and mention that the app said the appointment would be from 7-8pm. He responds, "oh, they take longer than an hour". Why does the app say it only takes an hour?! Now, I'm late to work and it's 8:53am as I write this.This is rich, another customer came in and is having the same experience I had.I've been happy with this tire center in the past, but I won't be returning after this experience. Its 9:05 now. Still not done.*New update after originally posting* Thinking we would surely be done soon, my wife dropped her car off and did some shopping so I could get to work. It's 10:15am now and my wife just let me know that they were finished and she could pick up the car. 3 hours and 15 minutes. I don't know if this is industry standard - it's the first time I've ever replaced tires - but again...don't suggest the appointment is going to be 7-8am if it's going to take 3 hours! So disappointed.

I was at the Walmart auto care center last I give it a five-star review they have excellent service from employee name Charlie great care because did a great job they took time to look at my situation and completed the job very professionally on time that's reason I give it a great review

They get the job done the only thing to keep them from 5 stars (at least at my local location) is the difficulty of getting in to have the issue fixed and how long it takes to complete the process. They need to add additional bays and hire additional workers to compete with their competitors.

Appointment at 10 a.m. Bay area empty when we arrived early. Two and half hours later still waiting for 2 tires to be mounted.

Walmart auto does a great job and is affordable. Usually pretty busy, but if you go first thing in the morning it's really quick

Walmart struggles to keep all of their Auto Care Centers, staffed. But this one is special. The people working at this one have a joyful light to them. It makes the process easier. They're also surprisingly good, at balancing tires. Thank you Auto Care Staff

Terrible. I never leave reviews but I am beyond frustrated. Called 2 separate times to make an appointment. The first time they said no problem, but when we showed up no appointment could be found and we were told it would be a 4 hour wait and they didn't have the tires that they had told me they did the day before. We didn't have time so decided to try another time. Repeat. Called, made an appointment, only to be told it didn't exist and it would be a 2 hour wait. We decided to go ahead and wait. 5 hours later they finally got our tires replaced while my husband and 5 year old had to wander the store because we didn't have another vehicle. 2 weeks later we got a flat and tried to schedule a repair only to be told they don't take appointments, only first come first serve?? Yet somehow they "scheduled" me 2 times before? Had to get it repaired somewhere else. Such a joke. Will never use them again.Service: Tires

We bought tires with road protection and need the tires rotated we went in at 11:00 and whated and whated it was 3:00 and they can over and told us it would be another 1 and a half and we drove and An hour and a half to get their just for the rotations and didn't even get it done they was just standing around in their talking making shire they all went to lunch once the tires need to be replace will never get them from their vary messed up service we no dang well they skipped up

They took forever with workers right there not being able to help you because someone wasn't there to say they had signed out of the machine, there was no way to put it on hold or So they said Soo the wait for a very needed service took forever just to order one tire. But they got the tire done pretty quick once it was sent back.

Took my car in for an oil change they said it would be about an hour so I wandered around the store for over an hour with my 2 young children. When I went back to check on my car they said oh we are have system issues. I wish the would have notified me as soon as they were having issues.
