Thank you Tony ! I trust Wallys with my car anytime. They really helped me out with my vehicle recently. I was nervous it would be more serious and Tony and his Team really came through on getting it fixed without having to replace any expensive parts. Good honest mechanics ! This place is awesome. I’ve been here multiple times and they’ve been great every time. They got in my Forester the same day and quickly found out the problems with a quick fix. Great experience.

It started out via a series of phone conversations with a rep on the phone. She later left do to an emergency. I then spoke to a shop tech who told me to bring my truck in for the repair. It was not disclosed that they had no available slots. My truck sat in their Lot for 7 days without being worked on. Almost 2 weeks later, my truck was supposedly repaired. Within 2 hours of driving the vehicle on the interstate, the check engine light is back on. At some point during this process, my toolbox in the bed of the truck was broken into. I lost about $400.00 in various tools, a bottle neck jack, tow rope, axe, shovel, portable air compressor, etc. I called 3 different times to advise the owner and tech about this situation and was told the security tapes would be reviewed. Never heard back...no courtesy call, no update, no follow-up at all. I'm waiting to get into the Ford dealership to get this truck fixed right. This shop has extremely limited parking, security lighting, and no locking yard gates. First and last time I use this shop. Ford F-250 Super Duty

My husband was driving through town late on a Friday, on a long-distance trip. He needed a mechanic and after making several calls on his behalf, Wally's was the only place in town that could get him in for a check-engine light diagnostic and repair. These guys are the real deal: good customer service; good business ethics; great, friendly staff that all get along; and most of all - good, solid, honest and helpful mechanics that got him back on the road in under 2 hours, at a good price. Dog friendly, and my husband said the restroom was the cleanest he has ever encountered! Wish they had a business closer to where we live, we would use them for all of our auto needs!! Highly recommended.

I've been through several mechanics in Pocatello. Wally's TKO is now the only place that I will count on to service and repair my vehicles. Thank you, Tony, you were fantastic.

This is one of the most professional, honest and down to earth auto repair shop!
Tony fit me into his busy schedule just few days before Christmas. I was on long road trip and needed oil change badly and get to my friend’s house that evening. Tony understood my situation and treated me like an old friend. He’s mechanics like James and others took great care of my truck and were even able to service my transmission and solve little brake issue. Fantastic service that is very rare these days!

I have been taking vehicles to Wally's for the last 10 years and have been very pleased with service and pricing. I appreciate that Tony doesn't try to up-sell you a bunch stuff that's not needed. Gives recommendations and helps you know what needs to be done now and what you should plan for. Honest and fair mechanic.

I took my car into Wally's because the dealership was taking forever to even look at my car. I was in a huge bind because I am from out of state I called Wally's and explained my situation, the gal there was awesome to work with and the service technician was really knowledgeable on what was wrong. They had my issues diagnosed in no time flat. The customer service was great and I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Had my truck in the shop 6 weeks ago drove it to Caldwell and it did the same thing. Will start, but not keep running. Nothing like being stranded by myself on the side of the highway with a horse in the trailer.
