Thomas Granite did a great job on our countertops in our new house, they treated us very fairly, gave me solid advice on a long term options and I love the product. We did quite a bit of shopping around and the countertops were fair priced and so beautiful. They also made a beautiful custom stone for my parents home.Services: Kitchen countertop installation

Severely disappointed in this company actually. I reached out on the 3rd for a countertop quote. They said they'd get me one. Then they said same day that they couldn't get a quote without the material selected, even though every other company has quoted a range based on granite. Then I didn't hear back from them for a range so I emailed them again on the 7th. Still no response. So I CALLED them on the 13th, voicemail. I called them AGAIN on the 17th and left a voicemail. I called again TODAY and just got voicemail. I can't imagine actually giving them money and going weeks and weeks without communication so I'm glad we didn't get to that point if this is how they treat customers. With the emails and different phone numbers they have they honestly have no excuse for this poor of treatment.
