It's wonderful as it has been since 1997. The staff is great, selection is as well. I love the familiar faces and knowing where to go when I am there. However, I do believe it's kind of beginning to get awkward when I do go in, and as a traveler it quite upsets me that due to their experiences with a couple homeless people that anyone with a backpack (money is ofc on person if I'm entering a store) and that's made some of these folks forget that I am genuinely almost 20 years of shopping here. Other than that, no complaints.

This is a standard size Smith’s Food store located off Yellowstone Avenue in Chubbuck, ID. The store is well-stocked, clean with public restrooms inside. The staff members we encountered were very friendly and helpful and the prices were very reasonable.

Ordered a cake online for an event. Confirmed, confirmation email received. Went to pick it up and was told that they don’t ever receive these orders. THEN WHY DONT THEY STOP PROVIDING THIS OPTION?! Thanks Smiths. Will go elsewhere.

Prices are a little higher, but I feel like it's worth it because of the service. The manager and all of the employees here are very, very kind and helpful.
