Always happy with the help I get from the nice folks at O’Reilly’s. They keep track of my purchases with my phone number which came in handy when a battery failed on me. Being under warranty, it was replaced without charge of course. The nicest part is that the young man installed it for me. They have a good inventory and so far have had all I need. I prefer the Chubbuck store but have had good experiences with others as well.

Flat towing a jeep, battery old and shot,while on a road trip. Purchased new one. Had 0 tools ? The manager lent me everything I needed! Awesome People ?!!!

Stores is an absolute scam. 2 bayteries dead in less then 3 years and this last was 10 months. You wont cover it because you know your scamming folks and selling faulty products. You and your employees are trash.

Good store, fair enough prices. The staff was a little outta pocket when I went, talking to each other unprofessionally and made a lady in the store noticably uncomfortable.

Good place to shop! Not a good place to work! I worked here for about 6 months. Eleven bucks an hour isn't worth the daily things you'll deal with here. You'll be cussed at, people will scream in your face, ext. And ironically all this will happen when theirs only you at the register and 5 other of your coworkers hiding in the back on their phones... Once I got the phone call that I got the Job I applied for, I walked out happily?

Have always enjoyed coming to this location until recently. We were sold the wrong part no harm no foul we took it in to get the correct part, we were told they didn't have the part in stock but they could have it day after tomorrow and we could pick it up at 8 a.m. the day of we go to pick up my the part, they were really busy we waited in line about 30 minutes only to be told that the wrong part they had ordered the correct part and they were overnighting it. we were a little frustrated not having received a call when they notice the wrong part was delivered but grateful they had already ordered the correct one so no biggie. The next day we go in to pick up the part they tell us UPS hasn't delivered yet, that evening we call again to find out what's going on they tell if UPS has not delivered today however a buddy of ours had just received a call saying that they had gotten his part in. I tell him this and As I'm explaining to the gentleman how I thought it was unprofessional that both times we had to come down there stand in line to find out the part had not been delivered or the wrong part was delivered he proceeded to tell me that they have no control over UPS and that it's not his fault I ordered the wrong part. I explain to him I didn't order the wrong part they had shipped the wrong part. The employee continues to talk over me asking me how it's his problem that he doesn't control the weather or my ordering the wrong part and then hangs up. Not five minutes later we get a call saying that our part have been delivered this morning and we were welcome to come down and get it. I tell them that we will be down shortly but we would like a refund. The manager proceeded to tell me that his employee had said i was yelling at him and he didn't appreciate it and asked me if I thought I was the only customer. As I explained to him I had not raised my voice as the employee wouldn't stop talking long enough to know but I was upset that we did not receive the call when the wrong part came in or that we have been told our part had not been delivered twice that day when he himself just called saying the part had been there since that morning. I was definitely taken back by both the employee and manager. Grateful we have other options to go to, we will not be back to this location
