Sign at the door said they were not allowing anyone else in, even though they were open for another couple hours and people were leaving regularly.

Very rude workers. Potty mouths. Definitely need to train your employees how to be nice to EVERYONE instead of being rude and talking about people under their breath. So people of color I would not recommend celebrating any birthdays here.

My toddlers love this place The staff is very kind. Knowledgeable. I like that the doors are heavy so the toddlers can't just run out cuz we all know they run around lol. this place can be very expensive. Watch their Facebook for discounts and family nights. Clean. They have black light night too and that is so fun! I do wish they did black light night earlier for just toddlers. It's a great place to take the family.

I'm giving it 2 stars because we had a great time and the gentlemen at the desk was great. Very helpful and kind. The girl though, could've been a lot better. So, first of all, make sure you don't live 30 minutes away, make sure you don't have to fill your car up with gas beforehand, and make sure you expect to have paper copies of any coupons you have, because apparently they can't accept digital coupons, so you'll have to pay double what you originally planned to pay with a buy one get one coupon. Don't bother looking on their website for any kind of information about coupons either. There's nothing there about it.We got there and had finished filling out all of the paperwork on the devices and had everything set up to go. We present the coupon on my phone and she comes up interrupting us and tells us they won't accept it because it's digital. They apparently won't accept anything digitally other than their own coupons. She continues to be a snob as we go ahead and pay anyways. She also made sure to validate herself by saying she texted her boss about it. She then goes on saying the company for the coupon is supposed to specify Geranimos doesn't except digital coupons. Ya, tell me how that works. Apparently she thinks they can read Geranimos' minds and know Geranimos can't take digital coupons. Wow.Anyways, wonderful place to go. Highly recommend. Had a great time. Just killed the spirit with a wanna-be-know-it-all employee.

Fun place but rather expensive and their policy about only using THEIR jump socks makes no sense.

We went as a family here for their Monday night family special. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The music played was kid appropriate, and the trampolines and dodge ball were extremely fun and physical!

Clean facility. Plenty to do. Pretty overboard on rules though. "Don't run, don't kick the ball, don't do this or that"...pretty hard to bring fifth graders there and expect them to act like they're at church. Drive the extra distance to Rexburg and jump there.

Great place! So much fun for kids and great for birthday parties. Just a bit expensive. If the price was just a touch cheaper, I would give it 5 stars. That is my only struggle

Update: Awesome place my previous review was just due to pandemic issues and staffing issues now that they are fully staffed it has improved tremendously.Geronimos is very fun for my kids we have been there a few times before with no issue. This time on Vetrans day we had an instance where we went early one day from 1 to 2 pm and there was an unsupervised child I am assuming the owners kid or someone they know since the workers seemed to know the child. However this child had no personal boundaries and was pushing my child who is sensative. This child tried to follow us in the bathroom and everywhere we went. This child would not listen to me and the workers did nothing as well. We paid for 2 hours but left an hour early due to this child. Eventually this child pushed and hit my child in the head making my child scared and made her cry. This on top of us being in a pandemic and the workers and the absent parent could care less about personal contact or maintaining 6 feet distance. I hope this issue gets resolved I would hate to not have my children feel safe at such places.

Passive Aggressive RantThe staff, needs to chill out. Depending on which 16 year old they have walking around will determine what rules are being thought up.i paid money to let my kids run around and expend energy. Not chase them around because some 16 year old thinks that balls on one square tramp is worse than balls on another square tramp.Nothing says fun like the imagination of a teenager with a whistle.

Great exercise AND place to take the kids. In our case, the grandkids. Wish there was a bit more seating for those of us that are watching our kids/grandkids. Will definitely return.
