I visited FedEx Office and ship at this location 45 minutes before they closed. I was greeted and treated very courteously by a lovely woman named Nicole. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and assisted me with my oversized copying needs.I would strongly suggest this location to others and I intend to return to this store in the future. People like Nicole are what make or break a store, she most definitely makes this one.

I come in about every 3 months to get some work related files printed. Usually I use the print and go option sadly on the day I had waited 2 hours and still hadn't received confirmation. So stopped in and spoke to Mike who had said that there was some global issues with the service and offered to have me send it directly to the store. Within minutes I had what I needed printed laminated and paid and out the door. This location and the employees there always go above and beyond. Any boss that has employees like this is darn lucky for them and all they do. And if I could bake I would bake them brownies lol

Had some flyers printed and had to fax documents. Quality was great and customer service is always top notch. We will definitely be switching from the other shipping/print carriers in town.

These guys are always so helpful and friendly. They do their best to make their customers happy and they're a pleasure to speak to. Special shout out to Michael! What a great dude! I'll happily drive across town to give this store business as opposed to the other company. God Bless!

I had to return a package via Fed Ex. I was extremely pleased they were open on Saturday but the best part was Michael who was working at the Chubbuck, Idaho location on 7/25/23. He is an outstanding employee. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, pleasant and very helpful. After talking with him, I chose to take the time to give this local office and employee a 5 star!!!

Your website says that you are open until seven. The sign on your door says you’re open till seven. And on another small sign on the door, it says you close at six. Not sure you’ve ever heard of a website, but you should update it.

I had just left the post office, completely frustrated and annoyed. This was my 3rd time to the FedEx. Each time I have gone to this FedEx location, I have been impressed with the staffs' ability to help me quickly and efficiently. Staff is friendly and and their customer service skill are A+. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I will always go to FedEx before I go to the post office!

The young lady behind the desk was fast, knowable, very efficient and friendly. I was in and out quickly with no issues even though the store had several customers.

With amazingly slow internet, and computers the staff doesn't even know how to use, you too can experience the utter dismay of wasting your time trying to accomplish such a mighty feat of trying to use their own templates to print basically anything on site. Yes! It's true! Three seperate visits now with great hope that it can be as easy as use their computers with their templates to print basic business cards. Hell, I have offered to cut them myself each and every time. I just need to print, a simple task. I'd do it myself but I don't have the computer or printer. My bad for thinking that the company that advertises print services, might be capable of printing a sheet I designed at their kiosk. Thanks for wasting my time, again. The staff is absolutely magick and friendly, don't get me wrong. They are very kind, and helpful. I'm looking at you FedEx. These are your computers, your kiosks, your templates, your inability to provide simple to use "workstations" that I'm supposed to be able to generate, according to your claims.

I was treated very well here. Helped me with multiple shipping questions. Provided shipping tape etc. for free. I spoke with several different ladies and they were very pleasant. Shipping costs are getting super expensive, but that is not the employees fault!

I went there today, 05/06/2021 about at 5:00 PM. As soon as I walked the lady with dark blue uniform looked at me and literally said: what do you want? ...I explained that I have sent the email, my daughter's birthday invitations and wanted them to be printed. First, she was not able to find the email. Second, she says: I can not help you, we have lot's of things to do and I don't have time to print these things! My 7 year old daughter was there with me. I said I can not come back because I live far in the south side of town, and also, is this not a printing center? She got really mad and started talking to me loudly: M'am you don't understand, I want to help you but I can't. Instead of quickly printing them she waisted good 10 minutes arguing with me with dramatic voice. other lady with light blue outfit felt she had to take over and asked If I was ready to print them. before I could answer the angry lady says: No, she wants to choose the paper and all that! I said "I can answer her myself", and she says: ok, then I will let her assist you! and she left me and moved to another customer! So I had to wait the other lady for help... Anyways, the other lady (seemed a supervisor, with light blue Fedex outfit), finds my email and then says that I had to SIZE the picture first before sending them there! it takes literally 30 seconds to size the picture in the computer! you just plug the size number and hit the ENTER button, that's it! But no, she had to take her angry co-worker's side! anyways, they did not serve me at all, I left. It is a no joke that people do not know what they are doing there! I went to Office Max and the guy was super nice to me, assisted my with proper appreciation, printed sample, did not take him a minute to complete all the task for me. Anyways, this is not a first time that people there do not know how to use computer to find email, to resize the picture and etc. Who sends sized pictures to a printing place? Anyways, my daughter said to me: Mom, maybe they did not like you because you look and sound different? I come from eastern Europe, I have an accent and different facial features. I said to my daughter: I really don't know honey, but please never treat people like these two ladies did to us. She said: I will never do that mommy, it felt really bad. .

Staff is rude and incapable of completing simple tasks. I had to have my passport photos retaken twice because they couldn't understand that their cant be a shadow in the photo. I'll drop off fedex packages somewhere else to avoid the attitude I get when I go here.
