We purchased a fifth wheel in April (sorry for the delayed review). This is the second time we have purchased from Parris RV. I can't say enough good things about our experience. From the moment we walked in Jeff made us feel at ease with absolutely no pressure. He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions that we had, and helped us navigate through the different models that we looked through. Even after we left without purchasing and came back a week later his advice allowed us to purchase a better model than we had looked at previously. And we couldn't be happier. Gary was amazing with our walk through and set up, and this was time well spent as he is very thorough and wants to make sure you have a complete understanding of how your new rig works. I also appreciated the fact that he spoke to us as a couple and made sure that we both understood how things worked. This was very refreshing and much appreciated. The customer service is exemplary at Parris RV and I would absolutely recommend them and purchase there again.

We took our camper in to have a few things looked at. We were told they couldn't find two of the things I mentioned. The 3rd was the motor on our slide out. I told them the circumstances around when it had stopped working. They told me it needed a completely new motor and it would cost $2000 minimum to repair. I decided to go pick it up and pay the $250 diagnostic fees. I took it to someone who fixes campers on the side and it he called me in ten minutes, saying it was fixed and it was simply a loose connection. So either Parris's technicians have no idea what they are doing or they were trying to fix something they knew didn't need fixed to make money. Either way, we won't be going back. All we did was waste $250 for an incorrect diagnosis.
I recommend taking your RV to RV’s and Boats For Less. They were knowledgeable and fairly priced.

We are looking for a Aliner Expedition and Paris RV is advertising one online. The online ad say "Our Expedition prices are so low, ALiner won't allow us to display our wholesale price without you requesting it. Complete this form and we'll contact you with our wholesale price!"
So I filled out the form and the next day a sale person name "Mike" texted me saying he saw I filled out the form and if I have any questions just let him know.
I did have a question Mike, the price I asked for when I filled out the form.
I responded, online it says you have to fill out the form because you have such low prices that you can't show them online. I asked please email me the price of the model I filled out the form on.
Mike never responded.
I have to assume that if the sales team is this unresponsive getting any kind of after sales support would be a nightmare.
*Update* Mike did respond after the review and said "The price for the aliner expedition is clearly advertised on our website." So do not bother filling out the form requesting the "Internet Price" as Mike the sales manager pointed out the best price is listed on the website.

Purchased a new toy hauler and Anderson hitch on 7/24. Salesman was ok . The walkthrough was rushed and the problems pointed out were not repaired. After hitch installation and trailer was attached the nose of the trailer was noticeably high. The installer said this was the fault of the truck. Buying the hitch and trailer together you think they could get it right. It’s so out of level you can’t sleep in it unless it’s disconnected from the truck. Disappointed at best

Was having issues with a suburban water heater not producing enough hot water. Went in to buy new thermostat limit switches. Service Manager was there and I asked him if he thought it could be the switch, he said yes. After listening to me he said I think a valve is either closed or partially opened. He was correct! And saved me a lot of time and frustration! His 40 seconds of listening was greatly appreciated!

Jeff and others at the dealer answered all our questions. Even though they were short staffed they were able to get the toy hauler ready and delivered the trailer the same day, saving us a long three hour ride back home without the trailer. Very satisfied w the service. Recommend!

Everyone at Parris RV in Chubbuck, ID is so friendly and willing to help. Vanessa at the service counter is so courteous and keeps in good communication on your service. Amy at the front desk is always quick to welcome you and get your needs fulfilled. Mike, the service manager, is so knowledgeable and will take a look at your issue, even without an appointment to make sure what needs to be done and if there is anything he can do real quick. We’re happy to do business with Parris RV.

The customer service was amazing. The shop tech went beyond and help me get my hitch adjusted right for my truck. The only thing was the camper wasn't detailed like I was told it would be still had the other persons stuff in the cabinets. But I would recommend to friends and family. Mike and Jeff were both amazing on helping us out. Thanks the Snow Family

Mike and team was great! They made the experience easy with no pressure to buy. Answered questions honestly. Made the buying experience enjoyable. We figured out we had a issue with the window on upper bunk above cab after we had purchased the motorhome. Mike coordinated with the Parris RV North site on Murray to get the window fixed at no charge. Great customer service! The team at Parris RV North were also great! This is my 2nd purchase with Parris RV. I highly recommend them!
