We came in late due to a blown tire they stayed after they were supposed to close and were extremely nice! They treated us amazing, we will be coming here for all of our vehicles here. Also we will be referring all of our friends!

Took my vehicle in, had my tires rotated and while tightening the lug nuts the tech sheared off a wheel stud. Subsequently told my wife two different things from two different employees one said it was a lug nut that broke the other said it was a wheel stud, and both said the part could be purchased at O’Reillys. My wife not really understanding everything about the situation and feeling the communication was not the clearest went and purchased a Lug nut, which is fine, but upon my review, it was a sheared off wheel stud. While my wife was at the store, she was told it would cost us an additional $42.99 to do the repair which we would have to pay even though the damage to the stud occurred during the process of them simply rotating the tires. So I will be purchasing the $4.00 wheel stud and doing the repair myself for just $4.00 total cost rather than $42.99…… honestly, don’t know if I’ll take my vehicle back there as this is not the first instance of displeasure here.

So this morning I was scheduled at Walmart to get tires replaced and oil changed. They refused service because of my car being unsafe.
I promptly went to bargain tire, explained the situation. Not only did they get my car in but I was out in less than an hour! Very kind, understanding, professional folks. Thank you for making my day amazing after starting out so rough! I'll be back for sure and will refer my friends to you as well!
