I was experiencing car problems and went into AutoZone to ask for help. I didn't receive any help from the staff and was treated as if I didn't know anything. The staff was unprofessional and only seemed like they would be helpful if I bought something from the store. Thank goodness I had my brother there to help me figure out what to do for car. I am very frustrated and annoyed with the experience I had at this AutoZone and I do not plan on coming back any time soon.

Absolutely disgusted with how I was treated today. Very recently we purchased a part and it did not solve the problem. My husband came into the store yesterday trying to troubleshoot and met with the manager who was very helpful and offered to replace the part free of charge and install it for us to make sure that we got a good part this time around. The manager ordered the part in and told us to come back today. I came on my lunch break taking some extra time out from work and was met with complete unprofessionalism. Two older men at the counter telling me wait one minute (nobody was in the store) and when I was helped I was treated like I was stupid. When asking about the replacement of the part I was informed by the man at the counter that he refuses to replace or install the part and that he was going to charge me the $90 for the new part regardless. Then proceeded to imply I was a liar by saying he had no idea who would even tell me that they’d cover or install the part in the rudest way possible and laughed at me as I walked out the door without the part. Frustrating to say the least.

I went and Cooper helped replace my battery. He did everything for me and made the process very easy!

Cooper was very helpful in testing and changing the battery on my girlfriend’s truck. Will definitely be back for any future vehicle needs we have.

I like city parts stores...but...I priced some parts on AutoZone app, $179/ea per front rotor. I
found same part, only included 2 front rotors, and 2 new brake pads kits for $125 total price. Why the big mark up AutoZone? You got stores and massive buying power too, pass that down to your customers!

I called auto zone in chubbuck for an ice scraper and they took the time to check in the back if they had any, they said yes . So I get there and the cashier went to the back and brought one that was not pricey just as I asked . His name is William . Saw his name. Thanks auto zone

Great employee's at this store. Even my dog love going there because of on of the employees treats him so well. When I go to Autozone it's usually this one because of that reason alone.
