I was officially going to lose my mind, between getting both cars fixed the idea of having to go shopping for a dryer was too much to even think about. We decided to go to home depot and start there. He was amazing, Right out the gate, he let us know that we would be looking at all washing machines in store, but they sold their counterparts online he Immediately offered to pull up the dryers so that we could just look at them first hand not trying to guess what they would look like by the washing machine. I told him that I knew it was a long shot. But I had bought a washing machine 2 or 3 years ago and I would really like to get the matching dryer. I showed him the model I had and asked him if hed show me the closest thing that he would have in store. He walked right over to my washing machine. I have never been happier after letting him know that we'd like to take it. He started explaining about the delivery, any fees associated, times to be expected. Made sure to let us know that we could save additionally if we opted into a Lowe's credit card. After we had made the purchase, I then started to inquire about some of the AI. Technology, something that completely goes over my head. He explained to me the difference between how the AI works in the washing machine, showed me different features on refrigerators. He was just incredibly personable. I didn't feel rushed or like I was bothering him. He's a kind of employee that makes people come back to the same store. I already thanked him repeatedly in the store and I doubt he'll see this post, but if he does, thank you again Nate, you made the entire experience less painful.”
