Lance from the tire shop here helped us out of bind with an oversized motorcycle rim and a tire that had to be mounted to get to Missoula on a Sunday afternoon. It was a challenge and the station got us going and were very helpful along with a fellow local rider named Chainey who somehow sourced what we needed to get the temporary tire mounted! Cudos guys?

Came here to get gas & we’re greeted by the sweetest boy who offered to assist with gas. Did it with a big ole smile and even cleaned my windshield! Top service from him!

My friends and I were towing a trailer across the state for a river trip when our transmission fluid started leaking and smoking. The mechanic Mick went ABOVE AND BEYOND his duties to help us fix the transmission line. I don’t usually post reviews, but his kindness deserved a review!

The folks here are amazing people they went above and beyond. To help us as we were stranded due to a flat tire. Even to the extent of driveing 30 minutes six different time to help our family. We love you guys thanks for everything.

After getting multiple flats on some forests roads outside of challis, we found ourselves in need of some tires. Colton and the rest of the crew took care of us and has us back on the road in no time. Everyone was more than accommodating and friendly.

Poor, poor, poor customer service!! Stopped to see about getting a flat tire fixed and was told absolutely not, "we are done for the day!" And before noon on a Saturday, too. We were told, "this is Challis, where do you think you are." For a town which relies considerably on tourist dollars, this is a really nice way to treat future customers. Will NEVER return!!!
