Now a State Park, but still a fabulous large pool about 102 degrees and a smaller really hot pool. Clean and tidy. Campground includes sites with water and electric and a central dump station. Also dry camping is available. Situated right on the Salmon River in a rural location.

Nestled in the foothills of Central Idaho, the Challis Hot Springs welcomes guests to soak in our geothermal pools and spend the night in the 46-site campground. We are a quiet country campground at the end of the road on the bank of the Salmon river. Wonderful natural odorless hot springs pools with gravel bottoms. RV and tent spaces are located near the Salmon River, which itself offers a multitude of recreational opportunities.
