I really appreciate the staff being helpful by letting me know about the upcoming road conditions. It was snowing very heavily and some of the semis didn't chain up on the pass and a result, traffic was slowed down.

Wouldn't let me park my semi there during a blizzard. Told me to go to the walmart 15 miles down the road. Apparently getting their lot plowed is more important than people's safety.
