I grew up loving wendy's... but sadly this location lacks soooo many things. The restaurant was dirty, none of the employees greeted you as you walked through the door, bathrooms are disgusting, there's no acknowledgement to a single customer, which is huge in my opinion working in fast food. I think that those employees are forgetting that your customers pay your paycheck. You're management and staff needs to get yourselves together before you no longer have paying customers to your business. It's absolutely ridiculous.

Just spoke to a manager over the phone. Asked what their chili serving procedure is. She was rude and a displeasure to speak to so I hung up. Avoid this location.

I was made to wait for the self-service kiosk, even though there was someone available to take my order. When I made the order, the self-service kiosk didn't give me a receipt. When I asked for one, I was told I couldn't get one from that machine, that they know it doesn't print a receipt. So I asked for a refund, as I need to claim it for work and then pay again on a different machine or with someone else. But he said he couldn't give me a refund without a receipt. Catch 22 huh?

4/19. breakfast mess! coffee is rancid. potatoes are cold. 10 minutes at the window for them to get this mess together. never again.no straw, no salt & pepper, no fork. c'mon, kids, WAKE UP !!!

If you want to wait in the drive through for 10 minutes for you breakfast when they are slow and enjoy it cold after you have to go inside to get it, it's the place to go!They really need to get some pointers from the Garity store, I won't be back to this one!

We visit here a lot, they almost never get our order right, but the attitude is usually good.Updated 2024:Like most places these days, customer service has also taken a nose dive.The food IS good, but, that's about it. I suggest some investment in management skills, training, positive reinforcement of staff, and a much better work atmosphere.

Their system is ALWAYS and CONSTANTLY down! Like every other day! If they can’t take orders then they can’t take cash or they can’t take card. If it’s not one thing it’s another. SMH

Horribe service lately. Today their was a sign at drive thru that it was cash only. As I pulled up to order the teller advised cash only! I said "hope you can break a 100.00" she comes back and says no. Mind you cars in front and back of me. Sign should have indicated exact change or nothing over $$. Very unprofessional and my waiting in line could have been avoided if sign was specific.

Went last night wait about one hour, 5 different customers who showed up after us got there orders an left. I was been charge more after wait one hour. $22 for one combo. I can care less about the mistakes or waiting bt not even a curtesy of a apology was even

Worst service I have ever had. Half of our meal was missing and then i called to talk about it and the manager acted like it was as my fault. -2/10, by far the worst Wendy’s. Then made we all wait through the drive through for the 45 minutes. When i called to talk about it, the manager hung up on me in the middle of the conversation.
