I came in to make a full withdrawl and close my account after being charged a $10 service fee. The employee told me that she could not close my account and I would have to call in. That does not make sense since you just charged me a $10 service fee

Wells Fargo decided to change my account type and I no longer can get a cashiers check without paying $10. Before they changed my account in July they were available at no charge. Closing branches and reducing services offered isn’t going to keep customers. 🤨

No drive through, 2 tellers, and 10 people waiting in line for 15+ minutes.
I guess Wells Fargo ran out of money or something.
