Walmart Neighborhood Market offers convenient options for grocery shopping, including online orders with free same-day delivery for Walmart+ members and free pickup with no mark-ups, ensuring low prices similar to in-store. Customers can shop a variety of groceries, including organic produce, and enjoy the store’s Freshness Guarantee. The service allows shoppers to select a pickup time that suits their schedule, and trained associates hand-pick the groceries. For added convenience, the Walmart Grocery app notifies customers when their order is ready, and staff bring the groceries directly to the car and load them, making shopping easier and faster. However, some customers find the checkout process frustrating, citing slow self-checkout stations and employees who stand around instead of assisting. The only helpful cashier is often overwhelmed, leading to longer wait times. Customer interactions vary; many find staff friendly and helpful, but some have experienced rudeness from team leaders or unhelpful attitudes from employees who ignore customers while chatting among themselves. Parking can also be an issue, with carts frequently left all over the parking lot, making it harder to find a spot. Inside, the store is generally clean and well-stocked, though some customers feel employees are not always helpful or attentive, especially when managing large shopping loads. Despite these issues, Walmart Neighborhood Market remains a convenient place for grocery shopping, especially with its online services and low prices.
Hate self checkout. Only one person doing checkout is a sweetheart, but slower than anyone I have ever seen doing that job. Often there are 3-5 employees standing and watching self checkouts while at least one of them could help checkout instead of looking at their phones.

Everyone there is nice and friendly to talk to, except for their team lead Britney during the day. I tried making a short conversation with an associate there while shopping asking questions. And she yells his name and gives him a hand gesture indicating for him to move it. Britney has bad manners when it comes to customers
