Walgreens is the WORST place you can go for a prescription, especially if you need it filled quickly. If you can wait a few days, then I’m sure this place is great.

Needed passport photos and a few things. The staff were extremely nice and took care of me very quickly. Definitely 5 star service.

The restrooms are filthier than any truck stop I've ever passed through. They carry and sale Bleach, Disinfecting materials, mops, and scrubbing materials. The " white" sink is disgusting to even wash your hands in. Come on Walgreens.

The pharmacy was fast at filling up my prescription. They were very friendly when I picked it up in the drive-thru. This is my local store and I go here often. They are almost always understaffed, but the people who are there are friendly and helpful.

Why do you not open up your request to do a refill on a medication?? A person who needs their medication is being denied by your pharmacy by not doing your best to have send a message back at least! Walgreens I know that you get short staffed but I believe it is something altogether being judgemental.

Worst customer service. This walgreens on 10th and ustick is awful! Management hides and or runs off and leaves the store for lunch in the middle of helping a customer.

I have had nothing but positive experiences at this walgreens.Ryan the pharmacist is extremely helpful and the technicians are very polite as well. Yes, they are extremely understaffed but I have always had the best service every month when I pick up my prescriptions.

I have great concern for the pharmacist Melissa competency to process prescriptions. She filled a script that read QID as daily. When I called to question the directions she said that was a normal dosing and it's the doctors office's responsibility to call it in correctly, even a tech would have recognized that Clindamycin is dosed every 6 hours (QID) and not daily. Straight up rude and dismissive. I will not be using this incompetent pharmacy in the future.

Someone might want to retrain the tech people and the pharmacist on proper communication skills and not be disrespectful as well as hang up phones. Even admitting that yes, they knew they were being recorded on a recorded line and still continued to be belligerent as if it were okay in their position. Or having to be told that law enforcement said to NOT engage with the pharmacist or techs UNLESS they were ready to ask me for the info needed for a prescription; But still continue to try to engage in something that was not relevant to any prescriptions whatsoever.From someone who works with people worse than myself, you could've handled that situation A LOT better than you did and the higher ups here should listen to the phone conversations to see exactly what I'm referring to. Because I'm sure you'd be just as disappointed as I was, hearing how they can't control their own emotions or temper. You probably shouldn't work this job if you can't keep yourself in check and remember what you're there to do. The last that I checked, you aren't supposed to resort to acting like the person is to you. You should know that a lot better than that than I do. I'm sure you were trained or given an idea of how to contain yourself with people who get aggressive. Please do a better job.

I dropped off a Walmart box with shoe return .. I had my phone with QR code, young girl maybe 23 took my box which wasn't taped shut .. did something on computer register , I'm still holding out my phone but she says ok . I said don't u want to scan this? She didn't pay any attention to what I said ... so I said r we ok ? Yep so I left box . I got a call next day saying it's not labeled . I said why didn't she hand it back to me ? It's so sad customers have to drive back to pickup boxes that cashiers are not trained or know their f-in jobs .. training , speaking to customers , since CoVID it's a sad state our stores r in to hire none caring employees !!!

Called twice to fix a prescription order automated voice says one caller ahead of me was on hold for an hour then it hung up try it again the next day and the same thing customer service in this pharmacy sucks. They do not follow directions we're told not to charge to insurance and they did it anyway causing my prescriptions to be delayed. This is the third time they've done it they never listen. Now they finally get my scripts filled and they close the pharmacy down until further notice and didn't even tell me or transfer my scripts didn't even know that they had shut down until today when I went to get my scripts after they sent me a message saying they were done. Now I have to start all over again with a different one. I hope they stay shut down permanently they suck!

So either Walgreens will not pay a competitive salary, or the manager at this branch is lackluster at best. Bottom line is they can not retain enough staff for the store to function. Stock is sitting in pallets, drive through is closed permanently due to staffing

This is not a reflection on the awesome staff in the pharmacy at all. I don't know what's going on but over the last year this Walgreens has gone downhill fast. Not open on Saturdays for the pharmacy, computers constantly going down, the app only working when it feels like it. I'm amazed you can keep the staff you have with such poor work conditions. The owners need to step up and fix all these issues. I only stay because I've been dealing with some of these pharmacy techs for over 6 years and they are awesome otherwise I would take my business elsewhere!
