Worst customer service I have ever had. Lady wouldn't even let me use a pen to write down my info so I could quit their service. Sat on her butt when I entered and proceeded to complain about me. If they listen and see the recording, they will regret that poor customer service

I upgraded to a new iPhone 13. The staff was knowledgeable and transferred all my stuff from my old phone to the new phone! It was a pleasure doing business with them!

I got a new phone mailed to me from Verizon and was having problems putting the case on. Even though I didn't by the phone there they were wonderful helpful and said I could come back any time.
