Can't say I'd recommend UPS for people sending individual packages. I brought a package in a brand new, standard size shipping box, and I was told it couldn't be shipped because it's not a UPS box. That policy makes zero sense, and until it is changed, I won't be using UPS.

I will never use UPS again, I was guaranteed that my package would reach it's destination, 24 hour shipping, $128.00, a new receiving date of 7/29 instead of the 7/26 I was gauranteed and paid for and no help from the agents. Yet still it sits in Nampa according to the tracking and no help to try and find it, just a lot of passing the buck. Management says they will investigate it on Monday, no one can give me a local number to try and get some help. If you have something important to ship don't use UPS, I dropped it off at around noon on Friday and clearly someone failed to make sure it went out on time. And no preemptive offer of a refund. Use FedEx not UPS.

Sold a box that was not needed. When asked about the box I was told store policy.
Talked to UPS corporation was told the store was an independent franchise. And that there was nothing they could do.
Sent an email to the assistant manager as expected no response

Firstly, the customer service at this store is incredible! Every time I’ve gone they’ve been crazy busy and the ladies working handle the crowd flawlessly! +5 stars for customer service, -4 stars for not being the business it used to be.
UPS has officially lost my business for life.
If you keep shipping supplies on hand at home and package your own things for shipping, go to FedEx.
I use brand new, never recycled shipping boxes for packages, taped well. Twice now, UPS has told me that the packaging is unacceptable and I have to buy a box from them and pay for their packaging services. FedEx had no issue.
UPS is not a friend to consumers and small business owners. Save yourself the time and frustration and go straight to FedEx, friends!
Edit: To UPS’s response - I wrote the issue out here once, for free, to protect fellow consumers from you. I am not going to take more time out of my day to repeat the situation in more detail with no compensation so you can improve your business. How lazy are you? This isn’t a game. We give you one star and if you care, you do better.

I use this store to turn things very often about once a week and once in a while to ship out things I sell. Unfortunately, price have went up. Customer service has went down. I guess I’ll be using the post office from now on.

The staff is very kind and efficient. The manager Soe helped me with my print project and was able to help me mail it too. Definitely become this store if you want/need help with your print.

Please help me understand why if my package is clearly labeled and paid for I have to wait in a 10 minute 8 person line? Do better Caldwell UPS Store because Eagle's got it right! This is extremely poor customer service!!

I used to ship things out of the store a couple years ago and other than slow workers they still got three out of five stars but I went in today to try and ship something back to California and went to use their kiosk which turns out it's not a kiosk but that's okay so three workers helping one customer was something else that I was okay to work with but then when I set my package on the table to get shipped she said we can't ship that box because that's a Samsung box. I asked why and they said they're not good quality which is a huge huge joke. Samsung shipped me a $1,500 monitor in this box it's packed well and let's be honest a freaking box is a box. I responded by telling them I'll never come there again and I'm going to FedEx. Can't believe they would try and hammer a couple extra dollars out of you with some BS like that. In my opinion this store should be avoided horrible practices and horrible customer service.
