Complete lack of understanding of any UPS processes outside of simply shipping or picking up a package. Empoyees at this location could not answer basic questions and refused to call a supervisor.
Tried the customer service line. Here is how it went:
Automated voice:"How can we help you?"
Me: "Operator"
Automated voice:"I understand you want to talk to an operator but I need more information. What service do you require?"
Me:"Ship a package"
Automated voice: "Change address. Is that correct?"
Me:"No. Ship a package". (clear english in a calm voice)
Automated voice:"I'm sorry I didn't get that. Please repeat"
Me:"No. Ship a package". (clear english in a calm voice)
Automated voice:"I'm sorry I didn't get that. Please repeat"
Me: "Operator"
Automated voice:"I understand you want to talk to an operator but I need more information. What service do you require?"
Me:"Ship a package"
Automated voice: "Change address. Is that correct?"
Me:"No. Ship a package". (clear english in a calm voice)
Automated voice:"I'm sorry I didn't get that. Please repeat"
Me:"No. Ship a package". (clear english in a calm voice)
Automated voice:"I'm sorry I didn't get that. Please repeat"
Me: "Operator"
Automated voice:"I understand you want to talk to an operator but I need more information. What service do you require?"
This went on for 10 minutes before I was connected to an operator. The operator didn't have any idea what I was asking for, ,although it is a common operation to use UPS for employee equipment returns. Large companies due it every day.
Total incompetence on the part of every individual I spoke to.

This store is anti 2nd Amendment.
UPS Stores are individually franchised. UPS Corp does not take a stance against shipping firearms through their locations but the franchisee can dictate if you can ship guns. This location franchisee DOES NOT allow legal, law abiding citizens or even FFL regulated firearm manufacturers to ship through this location.
As Idahoans, we should not support this type of restrictive and anti 2A rhetoric from a business that's operating in our state.

For one page document if they print it for you, you will be charged $3.00. They even don’t tell you that until you get your receipt. That is like stealing your money!!!

I was able to walk in and was instantly greated by Zoe.. I let her know I needed something printed and she gave me the email address for the store.. she asked if I needed color or black and white copies and got me on my way. She was very polite.
