Caldwell True Value is a long-standing, quaint hardware store in the community. It is an older store, not fancy, but provides a great variety of one-of-a-kind items and popular products, with everything right at your fingertips. The staff is always friendly, ready to help, and provides top-notch customer service. Employees are super helpful and knowledgeable, taking time to assist customers who are lost, even marking and bagging items. They are also helpful over the phone, checking stock to save a trip. It is definitely worth visiting for building materials, tools, or that specific piece to finish a project.
Love this place. Staff very knowledgeable and friendly. I'm there several times a day when i'm working on a Project.
