STAY AWAY from LEER toppers! The company is a joke! Go with ARE toppers and save yourself the aggravation! The folks at total truck are nice and helpful, it’s the company that makes the product they sell is a joke.

Recently I had an expensive Retrax bed cover installed by others. Visually you could see it was installed incorrectly, not centered, and when driving less that two days one of the bed clamps came off with such tension, I walked around my truck to make sure something did not hit the bed..being concerned I sent multiple pictures to Retrax and was informed it was absolutely installed incorrectly and if not re-installed, there would be multiple issues and warranty would not be honored. Not once did I try and open the cover as you could see how far out of center it was. I requested Retrax to provide a list of recommended installers and Total Truck was there first choice. Called Total Truck and was informed by Rusty there were out approximately one week, but he suggested that I bring it by so they could at least look at what I was explaining on the phone. April 15, 2023, I took it by there shop and both Rusty Martindale and David Perry came out to look at it...when they tried to open it halfway, it jammed with so much tension, (again installed by others causing "racking of the cover" ) the bearings became exposed out of the guide....without hesitation they took my truck and worked on it for approximately one hour...re-aligned rails and holding box ...operated the cover to show me it functioned properly,...and refused to not accept any payment...this restores the idea there are business owners that are really good at what they do and are not out to get you financially....HIGHLY RECOMMEND there services.

Rusty and his team are top-notch! I bought a Leer cap from a company in VA just before retiring from the military. That shop was a hack-job and totally messed up the new shell. After being gone for 20 years we finally got back to Idaho! I called Rusty before we left and he said, bring it on in, we will take care of it! I did, and he ended up just getting me a new shell under warranty. I will be back with service like that!Thanks Rusty!

I purchased cab lights and had them installed at Total Truck. The lights were installed and worked perfect for quite a while but one cab light repeatedly had a grounding problem. Total truck has always token care of the problem with no charge even though the purchase was made a couple of years earlier. Finally it was determined to be a defective light socket and is repaired. I really appreciate Total Truck's quick service, the buck stops here attitude, and their doggedness in solving the problem...

Had them install a Bakflip tonneau cover, love the product. installation seems to have been done well. Called me to tell me truck was done and brought up a very small issue I already knew about with my door locks would not allow me to discuss was more interested in talking over me and left trash in my truck.
